Kotoba is definitely better when comparing the list you posted, but is also very expensive.

Maybe make it so when you play against someone your level or higher level than you; you get more experience.

It will be good to compete to a certain extent, but to reach...say...1800+, you might have a problem.

At the moment, Crow decks aren't top tier deck, so it'll be really hard beating the better decks.

The chance of getting anything you need from a Kotoba booster is almost the same as a Pirate booster.  And buying a Pirate Booster doesn't necessarily means you will get all 12 cards from a Pirate guild either.  And since both boosters are similar, just get the Pirate one since it's cheaper now.

Buy Pirate Boosters while they're 280 Feez and hope to get some decent cards and sell them (just got an Assassination today).

A booster pack? Not sure what you're going to do with just that.

It's the one that makes the two character in battle have 2 def, kind of useful against Kotoba.  I've changed my deck a lot after this though and found what works best for me.

Epic Fury is a Permanent Theury card.

Permanent action cards are like Overwhelming Victory and Karajutsu.

Cheaper to buy the card that needs Watchmaker instead of buying Watchmaker himself.

To Lay Bare revert/change the stats on the character so Crown of the Border should work as intended.

Juro reduce any source of damage.  When I had 2 of it on my Foam Giant and I entered battle against Kimiko, it shows I've taken 2 direct damage, but I lost 0 health.
