I fear I may be misunderstanding the proper use of sunburn.
Sunburn discards a "permanent action card".

What exactly makes something a permanent action card?
I would assume that Epic Fury was because it says permanent on it...

Yet I wasn't presented the option to discard it...
(I don't think they played anything which would have prevented the effect...)
I wanted to ask so I don't have to learn "under fire" next time.

Epic Fury is a Permanent Theury card.
Permanent action cards are like Overwhelming Victory and Karajutsu.
