Captain Al Killicrew - Lvl 4 Powder Version
Armada - Lvl 3
Bragan - Lvl 3 Any version atm (I use Thunder Version)
3x Eternal Glory
3x Scroll of Immunity
3x Supplying
3x Watcher
3x Fiery Sword
1x Flames of the Phoenix
Anything after this is not mandatory, so I have 3x Shells and an Anathematize.
Use Eternal Glory and Watcher whenever possible, but discard them when you don't have Supplying. You only need to use Watcher once if enemy still have high HP after round 3. And use Scroll of Immunity to lower their HP in first 3 rounds if necessary. Basically, you're trying to stack as many powder as possible on the enemy and you discard every card except Supplying and Flames of Phoenix. On turn 4-6 you use Flames of the Phoenix and kill off every hero on the field except Armada/Bragan because they don't have powder. You can also use Fiery Sword + FotP to remove Bragan's powder, but you will most likely die on him anyways.
I've pretty much lost/win every game on turn 4-6 because I just suicide with FotP and Armada is usually the only one left.
Any comments or suggestions to opitmize this deck?

Ive been playing with potato peeling. It makes a good, last minute save someone else from firey death.
Works well on turn 5.
If there were no luck in TCG, how boring would that be?

Yes Potato Peeling also works, but sometimes I kill them on turn 3 and my character is already tapped.
Turn 1 - Bragan Powdered Version - Supplying + Fiery Sword
Turn 2 - Armada - Supplying + Immunity Scroll/Supplying/Eternal Glory/ETC
Turn 3 - Captain Al Killicrew - Supplying + Flames of the Phoenix
Kills off everything except Armada.
I might remove 3x Shells for Potato Peeling though. Thanks.

one thing I don't understand, accroding to the description of Flames of the Phoenix, it only hurt someone with power token, how did you finish off your opponents if they don't have power token.

Captain Al Killicrew and Supplying gives 3x Tokens to ALL characters in play. On turn 3, two enemies will have 12 tokens and 1 will have 3-6 tokens(armada opponent one) if lucky.
It also seems that if you're going against another Pirate deck who have Armada and they go first, chances are you're going to lose lol.

Captain Al Killicrew (Powder)
Armada
Bragan (Powder)
3x Supplying
3x Fiery Sword
2x Potato Peeling Job
1x Flames of the Phoenix (Lv 2)
3x Obesity
3x Bunny
3x Fallback
1x Hungry Void
1x Magic Barrier
The Idea is to just defend until you get enough counters (2 supplyings is usually enough)
Armada and Bragan bring oponents to a Flameable level of health while removing their counters... All you need to do is make your own characters survive the Flames

I've tried that and it doesn't work well against a Courtesan or Kotoba deck. And having Bunny and Fallback not being chainable makes it kind of pointless in this deck as well. Yes you could do Supplying + Bunny/Fallback or Obesity + Bunny/Fallback, but chances of getting it is not very high. I find it best to just discard everything and draw as many cards as possible.

the chance is ~13.5% on the first draw ... which for a game like this is a fairly high percentage.

What you do every time you suspect your opponent might nuke you with obesity... play the action you want to get through first if it's your turn... or chain it off a watcher if it is theirs.

Soooo for now the base is
[card]Captain Al Killicrew[/card]
[card]Armada[/card]
[card]Bragan[/card]
3x [card]Supplying[/card]
3x [card]Fiery Sword[/card]
1-2x [card]Potato-peeling duty[/card]
1x [card]Flames of the Phoenix[/card]
Optional
1-3x [card]Eternal Glory[/card]
1-3x [card]Magic Attack[/card] (donno about you but against Kotoba ... it makes wonders when you chain it to Fiery Sword)
1-3 [card]The pirate code[/card] (I usually equip 2 of those on the Captain when I dont have the supplying in hand)
1-3x [card]Watcher[/card]
1-3x [card]Obesity[/card]
1-3x [card]Tadaa! You're a bunny[/card]
1-3x [card]Fallback[/card]
1x [card]The Hungry Void[/card]
1-3x [card]A new begining[/card]
now .. wtf are Magic barrier and Scroll of Immunity ? Couldn't find those o.O
Soooo can anyone make a half-decent deck, because mine is losing like hell for now (... they are still level 2, but I doubt things are going to change drastically even if I max them)
I think I picked the wrong pirates deck ... the scimitar/craftsmen one looks more stable.

My score was 10/40 until I maxed all my Pirate characters and it became 90/80. Scheme and Hungry Void works really well in this deck as well.

It's the one that makes the two character in battle have 2 def, kind of useful against Kotoba. I've changed my deck a lot after this though and found what works best for me.
