Missing Fee'z

I recently bought the $69.99 Fee'z package and received 5150, but did not receive the extra 1639.  I sent in a ticket with the proof of purchase and everything, but has not heard back in a few days...The January Bargain event is going to be over in 2 weeks and I'm so close to the 10,000 mark.  Please help me resolve this before the event ends.

the 5150 includes the 1639 xtra.  not plus 1639 feez it says, including.  not additional, but they should word it better.
