Pilgrim is a nice card but ya don't really need it. I've been playing Comp since they came out and Illumination is a must! Atleast one in the deck would really help. Other than that the deck is solid tho. With Magic servant you really can't go wrong because you can technically never deck. Throw in a double clay or two and a breaker to combat wild buds. I never even worry about buds tho because you will have pretty high spirit plus Anyrena has that passive so you take one less magic damage.

Thanks so much for all of the suggestions I'm in the process of trying everything. I own all Noz cards and price is no issue. So far drowning is working amazing and I think once I get The other side of the coin it will do even better.

I agree that [card]Drowning[/card] fit really nice for this deck, the point is to make them low by AoE ( well it was before Ice crystals came
) and finish them with Drowning, anyway now with the ice crystals and RoD you can 1hko if needed, but 2 RoD is enough if you really want to keep them
I never even thought of that. I just remember playing Compendium back in the day and if I lost my Crystal Storms I pretty much lost, so I compensated with the RODs.
I'm going to try the Drownings though!!
What do you think about using LB3?

I'm totally loving the direction and play style Feerik is taking the Compendium caste. I've always like the Compendium, but there was never enough in the caste for me to play it in the Elo room. That has now changed with the latest release. Loving this deck so far, but I'm sure there is plenty of room for improvement. Please comment with your constructive thoughts and opinions.

Totally agree with turn counters on cards that last for a finite number of fights/turns!! I'm playing sap/ Pirate courts right now and diplomatic message needs fight counters

It could allow you to have 4 in play...
I don't see much golem decks, and if i do, i pwn them without freeze, I'd try something else cause its dead weight against any other decks
If you manage to get 3 DM in play it means you've won.. don't even bother trying to get a 4thAlso I'd like to ask how you deal with Urakia decks... they just annoy the hell out of me
I. Hate. Immortals.
Anyway you just have to be smart about it. If you get to go first don't pick Urakia... duh. Just gotta make smart moves like that to beat her..

Love this deck, been wanting to make once. Im thinking of maybe using Keizan instead. Also might use lightning blade x3, works pretty amazing with attracts lighting. Still need the crystals to play test it, but for sure looks like a fun deck.

I'm thinking the legendary for the Noz will be Kounok since he's the current Prophet.
For some reason I don't think so... I really think it will be Pilkim the "Chosen one" Probably get mad benefits from playing draconian spells an what not.
Anyway, Kiss of Nehant has the greatest artwork ever... Period end of discussion.

Holy hell... Ciramor just became a lot more powerful lol I wonder if he will become redeemed eventually... I hope that the Noz Legendary will be Pilkim!! I hate the white wig!! Oh yeah!! Great books!! Well i didnt much enjoy Dresdan Files... Overrated lol IMO anyway. I really like Kingkiller Chronicles though! Amazing!! I'm just partial to Brent Weeks!! He is so amazing and he is a newer author and he is still growing into his writhing skills but I really like the worlds he crafts and the originality of his magic systems. Just am a big fan of his!! Favorite author and all... But I'm a book nerd so I like to read anything...

The most awesome book ever would be the Night Angel trilogy by Brent Weeks!! The Omnibus comes out in April!! but you soon realize Feerik has sucked all your money dry because you really needed some new cards!! And now you can't buy the book...

I really wish I had fame of the winners!!!! If you don't run armors run two dragons champion. It's literally a life saver. Or if they over kill you it will heal you for 4 and you could win by damage dealt...

But it kinda helps you deal damage in the long run too... I use TLA more than I do magic attack it seems like. Well right now the environment is swarmed by nomads and fem pirates so low defense and it's more beneficial to use TLA. I guess it all depends if you like tanking or dealing damage though. Different play styles for different people.
