Don't have many on here and need to knock out the valentyne trophy. jamie_spruill is my IG name.
I got a 1000 XP card off one of them just not sure which and I have gotten a few rares but never really thought to document really great cards or anything.
This chat hopefully will become very active. We are using the chat to assist in not only meeting new people but making some of the achievements a little easier. When you get into the chat you may or may not see someone. We are getting it off the ground so please understand that. We are a friendly group of players and are willing to help you with deck ideas and assistance if you require it. Most of the players there have played for a great deal of time. Personally I have been running a discard like this
Tele
Salem
Abyssien (I dont have the new one so i have the store bought version)
3x theft (love doing theft theft on tele)
3x panic
3x treach
3x look away
2x bunny
2x fallback
1x obesity
1x anath
I dont like shadow bc it makes you vulnerable to treach yourself. Then for 2 filler cards i pack a scheme and a watcher. (i think this is right its late and i don't have my deck up in front of me).
I beat most other discard decks with this.. the only things that really give me problems are low spirit decks or very high dmg decks. You could replace the obesity with a freeze I guess...
Anyhow this deck has done me well and I am at about an 80-85% win ratio with it.
Oh I dont have my siphon yet so that will make a difference too soon.
I think you are also confused about the cards being "promoted" they are being promoted because they are new cards. Every week the game gets a few new cards but that doesn't mean they are in every pack opened. The real promotional cards would be like the level 2 Team Spirit where you got one in every pack upon the release of Desert Nomads..

I don't stress fair play at all....
If a player one shots me on the first turn, I quit.
If a player is playing a deck I know I don't stand a chance against, I quit.
It isn't worth the like 6 points I will gain for the loss to waste 10 min of my time.
If he one shots my 3rd char... Yeh I keep playing bc its already almost over. In the same sense, I try not to one shot characters on the other side on the 1st or 2nd turn. It just doesn't make the game fun. If I am playing max level characters vs all lvl one characters i take it easy on the other player because I want to continue the game...
Meh, ive never been a fan of ELO in these types of games. ELO was built for games such as chess... where strategy and skill are what wins the games. Here there are too many bad factors that make it a bad idea.
Lets say I am playing IHAS, by chance all 3 of my IHAS cards are at the bottom of my deck. I have to discard my entire deck to get to them, then on top of that get my gy discarded...
Luck games are not meant for ELO... games just need to be set
You win a match you gain 30 points
You lose a match you lose 10 points.
You still go up against players your skill level but don't have to stress gainign 8 and losing 20... its always a set amount..
if its a draw then well... both players gain 15 points.

or a chainable action card and a spell and attack.
I have to agree... if you aren't looking to play ELO IHAS is your best deck for cheap. The real only problem is anathematize. My IHAS deck wasn't perfect but won me a lot of games and quite a few perfects. You need very few cards

Then its simple from there, u just put items to discard however you want a few other items from sap heart as bonuses...
1x idol (chains on rargnor and gives him 1 health)
Amber Spear (chains on mark and mail and gives 2 health)
Other then that I run these as well:

2x Watcher
1x Scheme
this allows 14 items I believe. Play smart though... I try to get about 7 items in my gy and then hope I can get my IHAS. I don't play IHAS any earlier than the 3rd round. People that go through all their items in their deck are just setting themselves up to have their GY removed.
i did it by just discarding 3 jewels throughout the entire game.. its easier if you stack like 5 jewels in it just so you draw them.. no winning stipulation on this one.
Meh, not sure if I like how your deck meshes together. I would choose shadow over abom if you are going to use this lineup.
Personally for courts ive been using oogoe kage, lord gal, and kimiko.. this allows me use of a lot of great cards such as emperors speech/waki, its only weak vs mages
your deck is more focused around zil obviously, Personally tea ceremony to me is overrated. If you want something AoE type, I would use a lightning bolts (3). ish has 2 spirit at lvl 3 so thats 4 dmg to all w/o spirit, it only makes it weaker to tea ceremony vs mages, you could also use a storm in place of it as well.
I'm not much for meta decks, I tend to make my own and roll with it. other than that, the rest of your deck looks fine.
most people that run any counters will only run 1 of that counter. I run 2 freezes but most will only run one.. which is why my IHAS deck did so well.. most people only run one anathamitize. I would stop discarding items once i had about 8 in the GY and just start using watcher IHAS. +8 is enough to kill a lot ... and if they anathatmitize then i would discard the rest of my items and would normally still take the win.. maybe with a death or 2 but the win was the important part...

The only problem I can see with completely lifting the amount of games on the training room is this:

I don't know a lot about the game but im not spending money on it right now
I kind of get the concept and now after a few days know how all the rooms work
I am level 5 and am getting beat by kob decks (I shouldn't have chosen noz) lol how many chose noz to start >.<
My cards are barely leveling in the leveling room and the training room levels them a little faster.
*IDEA* I start a new account chunk a crapton of money into it, ok we will go with a small amount of money maybe 200 USD or 10000 feez. Of course I do this on a week when premium packs are 50% off.
I LOAD up on cards! woot got lots of great rares now.
I level up my cards I am still level one.
For the next 2 or 3 months I casually play in the training room and finally finish tele, abom, shadow with an AMAZING deck lineup!
I go into the level 1 room... and wreck.. lvl 5 room.. wreck.. lvl 7 room wreck.. lvl 9 room... wreck.. etc etc etc...
I would much prefer they up it just a bit to maybe 10 matches a day and make xp for the cards change

PS. they would need to do something about power leveling by quitting after 3 turns. Like add fairplay to the training room and make it so if you quit a certain amount of games a week you get a temporary ban from the training rooms (this would be a random number each week as someone couldn't figure it out to be 20 in a week and quit 19 every week).. if its constant then you will end up with a perm ban from the training room... stupid xp traders..
I'm to lazy to make a pretty card but how bout and ability like team spirit but on a character, someone can make it if they like the idea... i don't care if you change name or anything of the sort

Any time one of your characters takes damage, half of that damage is applied to Xavier. Normal defense and spirit will lower damage taken by Xavier from this source as a result of his ability.

Flavor Text: The true protect the weak, even if death is imminent.
His purpose is obvious. He is there so your key cards can stay out longer. Of course he may need some minor twinking. I chose mercenary so any guild could put him in there and it wouldn't make one guild over powerful and simply because mercenaries are a little week as a whole so he would make mercenary decks that much better.
His ability would negate 1 possibly 2 1/2 attacks. So I am thinking that in an optimal situation, he takes 4-6 dmg on turns one and 2 and heals most of that dmg on turn 3. AoE affects would harm him more though because if someone hit with a lvl 3 lightning then he would take the inital dmg then 1/2 of the other 2 charcters dmg. It wouldnt count each character as a different source so it would deal a large amount of damage to him while only a small amount to others. If someone hits for a 5 dmg lightning... then he would take 5+2+2 so 9 dmg - his spirit of 2 so he would take a total of 7 dmg and his team would take 3 dmg each.
His life is high so he can take the extra hits for the first few turns. An opponent would obviously want him out first so he can't heal.
So much could be done with him!

The original poster is asking for something that is (or used to be) similar to ***biiiiipppp*** bip. Every week players can vote on banned certain characters. The top ones get banned for the week in ELO. The game designers choose only the most popular decks and normally choose a key card in those decks. Actually, I think they ban the whole clan. Not sure it has been awhile since I played ***bip***. This allowed diversity and kept one deck archetype from destroying ELO all the time. It allowed for more skill.
Now there was a benefit. Higher ELO players received more votes. so a player that didnt play ANY ELO would only be allowed like 1 vote... a player who focused on ELO and scored well might get 20 votes.
In a deeper explanation, right now lets say in ELO the metagame is Tele, shadow, abom. Other ELO players could ban Zil from ELO for the week. This would allow the metagame to change AND give the developers a look at whats going on. If zil is being banned every other week (the current banned clan can't be banned the following week) and then say pirates is being banned the weeks zil aren't, then they know something is off balance with zil and pirates. If it seems pretty even then they know balance is being achieved.
On top of that, ***bip*** also "retires" cards. These cards be CR or collector. This not only ups the value of the cards (for horders like myself to sell) but also can achieve other bonus':
Able to sell the card for more
Makes the card rare since the longer the game goes on the more people quit and the card becomes increasingly more difficult to obtain.
Not only rare cards become collectors... commons and uncommons can too. (although they only deal with characters this game has multiple "types" of cards)
This also changes the meta game since say, ergue, is a collectors now, this now makes abom cigue and the other one (sorry its early in the am for me and brain isn't functioning yet) a type of collector since they require him.
The important part is that common cards go collector as well... its nice when a card goes collector and you have 10 or 12 of that common card.. its price goes from 100-200 crystals to easily 5000 crystals.
this benefits long term players of the game while still making the cards accessible to new players.

meh ... i think the randomizer needs a little work.. I bought a few packs today and pulled 4 Tsumes out of like 15 packs today... I was like .. wow.. really? 4? I already had 3 .. bc apparently when they first came out.. I pulled 2 in like 5 packs then pulled another liek a week later...
On top of it all... I was buying the Sap Heart packs... T_T
just a thought but perhaps punch line should read like Self Confidence and say, your characters high attack equals his printed low attack. Your character makes a magical attack instead of his next physical attack.
or Your character deals magic damage instead of physical damage on his attack. Don't really think next is needed it almost sounds like next means the following turn. Everyone knows that if it is played on the current turn it will affect the current turn unless otherwise stated.
The only misconception with it might be that people might think armor still negates some of the damage where when using the card since it is magic damage it should go against the spirit score. I won against an abom deck that used this card, I guess he didn't realize his attack was going to suddenly drop from the like 24 it was at to as low as it did.
those are my only suggestions for improving punch line. I thought I was dead when I saw it come out until I saw how it worked.. so maybe its confusing for more than one person.
