All that needs to happen is the addition of removing Permanent cards and it will be alright. I think we need a card that (1) removes all Permanents on the opposing character, (2) removes a single Permanent card from the any of the opponent's character at your choice, and (3) maybe a card that removes all permanents currently in play.
Even if we only see 1 & 2 (although 3 would be nice with some kind of Class or Race or Guild restriction), I think it will be fine. But right now, I agree, Courtesans are OP. The only deck I've won with against a 3 character Courtesan deck is my Priest deck, but it loses against EVERY OTHER TACTIC IN THE GAME . . . so I don't feel right playing it in a Level/ELO room.
Very bothersome. For the first time ever, I've left games because of these decks (at the beginning, not after the first turn).
Wow, that's the most positive feedback I've ever gotten from a card suggestion.
Also, we have one vote to make it a Rare instead of an Uncommon.
I can't wait for the Craftsman to finally be placed in-game. In my desire, I thought up another card idea.

Let me know what you think.
Does anyone know anything about the Class Craftsmen?
I've only seen a few destroy item cards which chain for them, but no actual characters, and I can't seem to find any information about them. So does anyone have any knowledge/links to help fill me in?
So the current consensus is, to balance out the Priest - Warrior, I need to make it a human instead of a golem.
ganja325 a écrit :i like your idea! i think not that the card is to strong, because the zil haven't any support cards like the kotoba or noz...
Sorry but since when do Zil need any support cards? O_o They are supposed to be assassins, not mages fcs...
As for the concept - what is ballanced about a card that can cast some trecherous spell and at the same time hit you for a ton. Like using rain of death + assassination = FTK. Even using Rain of death + whatever makes it a ftk... I don't like the idea of Zil having a mage since they already have really strong cards such as abomination, the shadow, telendar, the "The Pack" members. They chew up warriors and kill mages... why give them another really powerful card?
First, a Mage - Marauder can't even do a Rain of Death + Assassination combo, or a Rain of Death + [fill in the cards here], since they don't chain on Spell cards . . . (You have to be ONLY a Mage to chain on spells . . .)
Second, I don't really have an attachment to the guild itself, I just thought of this Mage - Marauder character and thought the discarding Order Bonus sounded like it would have to be Noz/Zil
...You seem to like priests
I just feel they are currently underrepresented in the game right now. I like healing characters, but like no one uses Priests unless it is the Apostle of Destiny, and that's only to level up other cards like Prophet.
Anyways, yes, I thought about the lethal damage consideration when I first conceptualized the card. Yes, this card shines against a Marauder deck who just threw out their last 2 attack bonus cards. But, there are already discarding cards that would accomplish the "forcing you to run out of cards" tactic before that deck got the chance to play those final 2 cards. In addition, this version would heal that enemy Marauder back to full health. So I don't think the "stall" nature of the card is overpowered. But I guess play-testing would be the only way to figure this out.
You have a valid point, and I did consider the "best draw" scenario for a player with all the resources they need. In essence, it would take 2 turns, one chains The Emperor's Speech with Wakizashi, the other equips the Tracker's Mask (this removes the ability to use the Oath of Faith).
This would result in an overall bonus of Spirit +1, Attack +6, Defense +3.
But, I don't see how this would be stronger than any other deck with the same amount of resources pumped into it. It is strong, yes, with +2 to heals and a total of 6 Defense. Possible healing and defense coming from other characters as well, which is why I made him a Mercenary, to prevent all of this new and quite powerful Courtesan group bonus cards. But throw in another Priest or two for heals while you build him, he could be a character with:
Spirit 1
Attack 11/14
Defense 6
Health 8 (left after heals)
This consideration is why his base attack never upgrades through his levels, and his defense and health only get 1 point each, officially making him the lowest stat Golem in every category (they all have 0 Spirit). I guess I don't see it in comparison to other characters, say a level 3 Xin the Ironbringer who, in the same amount of turns would have the stats:
Spirit 1
Attack 10/13
Defense 8
Health 8 (although, unless he's been hit by only spells it should be higher)
However, Xin the Ironbringer would also get to chain the turn he plays Tracker's Mask. If you placed Oath of Faith on Feezar instead, he loses the The Emperor's Speech + Wakizashi combo. You could throw in a healing dagger at best, but his stats now drop significantly, especially his offense to use something like Vampire Dagger.
I guess the point is that I feel the lower stats more than makes up for the Golem's all item bonus. He's a week Warrior with good non-Spirit-based healing as support. But then again, I'm just doing the math in my head.
I would love to see another Golem character, as well as a Priest - Warrior character, so I threw them into one concept. I'll post the final level here.

I wanted to create another Golem character, and thought why not make him a Priest - Warrior since they don't seem to exist. I came up with a Golem slightly based on an Alishk/Bomzar hybrid.
Let me know what you think.
It stalls the match.
That is why it has to be unique.
I guess it is enough to say the game would be really really really boring if something like this card was released without being unique.
This card ignores whatever your opponent did damage wise.
Thanks for giving actual feedback. Playing against a deck with 3 Divine Energy cards in it could very easily become boring. So I added Unique as you suggested.
In addition, I added "Chain: Permanent" since this card is going to need some kind of chain, and there are enough "Chain/Chain: Item" cards already. I think it is also a unique chain. I believe that makes this card great for a Mage/Priest character, however, I don't know of a Mage/Priest character . . . so it might still need work.
Well, Solaris heals based on the damage you do.
This concept heals both you and the opponent based on the damage they deal. It's really a completely different concept.
I should give it some kind of chain, since it's really only good for getting a permanent into play at the cost of healing your opponent.
I got another one for you.

I wanted to create a card that would negate the damage an enemy would deal to you for one round. It was hard to think of a way to balance the concept, but this is what I came up with.
Let me know what you think? If you think it is OP (since everyone seems to think any and all suggestions are), let me know why you think that, and is there a possible fix (doesn't have to be a Theurgy card).
I tried it before with the "less damage", with slightly lowered stats. But when I wrote up the level it seemed that you were sacrificing a character with the only bonus being that you to get the opponent to discard an extra 2 (maximum 4 at level 4) cards from the top of the deck!
Also, you say OP, and then lower his stats, but going through the thought experiments, he still deals less damage than other Marauders. (eg Amaya, Bigrage, Cigue or Ergue although they are rares, Selene who is an uncommon etc) If you're going to name common Marauders, you can, but you will be ignored since it is a mute point.
In addition, Regsla lacks on the Mage side because of the lack of a combat-based Order Bonus, and being a Marauder/Mage he doesn't get chain with spells.
So If you're going to claim OP, at least explain instead of stating facts about the card without in-game comparisons.
I used the "Fan card" in-game function, and it currently does not have mulit-guil/Courtesan abilities, so note that this suggestion is meant to be a Courtesan from both Noz'Dinguard Envoys and Zil Warriors (instead of just Zil Warriors).
Hopefully it's likable, but let me know what you think (the image is just a placeholder and I know the flavor text sucks).
Here is an idea I can up with reading this post. I used the "Fan card" in-game function, and it currently does not have mulit-guil/Courtesan abilities, so note that this suggestion is meant to be a Courtesan from both Noz'Dinguard Envoys and Zil Warriors (instead of just Zil Warriors).
