I agree Legendaries are an issue.
The answer is not banning them. I hate banning cards

Furthermore, someone made an awesome suggestion - rooms based on ELO or something, so that you are always matched against fair decks.

I chose yes. Im not always paired with someone of my own elo rating. Most of the time Im faceing op decks and multi legendaries vs my above average deck. Takes the fun out of tournaments.

or a room one legendary per deck room. It's really fun (not really) to face a deck that has 2 legend chars and a deck that contains 5 legends

Until a time machine is created, the answer is fixing them.

It's not just the legendaries.

Some cards are more broken than the legendaries themselves.

Let's be realistic:
- Feerik releases cards way too fast for them to EVER be properly tested
- This means Feerik needs to keep balancing cards after release
- There needs to be a better matchmaking to replace LEveling Rooms.

It's not the scroll itself , it's the legendary ( admiral killicrew in this case )

admiral killicrew allows you to play extremely aggressive with the scroll because she can revives herself . I had a powder pirate deck before , not that strong , even with the scroll .

other examples :
Runic training is not that OP , but the legendary makes playing 2 runic training on the first 2 turns possible .

Sol'ra avatar is not that strong , but just put the legendary in , you will see a big difference .

Back to the topic , yes . Although i don't care much about elo , it's always about the power creeps .

But just look at the advantage the players with legendary characters have with the one who don't .

Creating expensive and OP characters is wrong , it makes the game just the same as other cheap web strategy games , you throw your money in to face roll other players
