The Sap heart and the Stone linkers are definetly different. There is no relationship between them

but based by their logo do they have a link on nehant ? it seems so since it looks like a dark stone heart being chained

it's just a stone wrapped in a line, which illustrate "Stone Linker"

And since pretty much every guemelite has a stone, that probably means nearly every stone-linker will be a guemelite, or most likely, multi-guemelite like water guemelite + fire guemelite.
