Weekly Card Adjustments
I suggest Feerik picks 3-5 cards every week and adjust them to be a bit more useful with the current state of the game.
1 - The cards picked would be unused, outdated, underpowered or overpowered, but specially those with potential for creativity.
2 - The adjustments should probably be very small - the cards don't need to hit the spot at first try.
As a result:
- Players will feel that Feerik is more caring and active towards making ALL of Eredan more enjoyable (instead of just the newest 5 decks).
- Players will be more encouraged to get more cards (quantity and quality), instead of just selling deck A to buy deck B.

How is it going to encourage players to get more cards? You have this weird theory that everything can and should be worthy to play in all the top decks. That won't ever happen, though. Let's say Feerik made all of the terrible cards playable, what will happen? Will there be fifty-thousand top decks?
No.
There will be probably the same amount now, maybe a few more. There will always be a metagame, there will always be archtypes. There will always be top decks, and there will always be cards that won't see the light of play <---- Heh, see what I did there.
Fixing useless cards won't do a thing.

Where did you see top decks in my post?
When I speak of the 5 newest decks, I am referring to how the newest decks often obliterate some older decks.
This has been ocurring gradually.
There are several interesting "lone" cards in Eredan that don't seem to have been given a true usefulness, or maybe once "could've been" close to useful, but never got there.
Should everything reach the top ELO? That's inevitably impossible.
Should all cards be worthy of being considered for some decks? Yes.
Should more deck concepts be able viable for ELO? Yes.
I'm not talking about the boring, base cards like [card]Blast![/card].
I'm talking of more interesting cards, like [card]The Howls[/card], [card]Punch Line[/card], [card]Zahal[/card] or [card]Masamune[/card]/[card]Nodachi[/card].

Plus, the adjustments could be to cards like Ecstasy - maybe Feerik tries to buff it a bit again to see how it goes. Essentially a permanent slight adjustment to old and new, underpowered and overpowered cards, week after week.
Because, let's be honest, week after week, Feerik "unbalances" the game with new releases.
