Merging question
If I merge sallable Azaram (common) with unsallable Demonic Blade (uncommon), he will become unsallable. However, since he is still common unsallable, will merging him with 2 sallable Demonic Blades for lv 3 make him sallable again?

No.
Merging one or more non-salable with one or more salable card(s) only results in salable if ALL of the following is true:
a) NONE of the non-salable is rare
b) AT LEAST ONE of the salable is rare
Any other situation results in non-salable.
Rephrasing:
- Salable Rare + X salable of any rarity + Y non-salable non-Rare = Salable
- Non-salable Rare + X salable or non-salable of any rarity = Non-salable
- X Non-salable of any rarity + Y salable non-Rare = Non-salable
Examples:
Chimera = 3x Fragment of Chimera (uncommon) + Draconian Sword (rare)
For Chimera to be salable, Draconian Sword must be salable.
Kounok the Prophet Lv3 = Kounok Lv3 (uncommon) + Kounok the Prophet Lv2 (rare) + Dragon Armor (rare)
For Kounok the Prophet Lv3 to be salable, both the Kounok the Prophet Lv2 AND the Dragon Armor must be salable.

Wrong Nurvus,
The correct rule is :
- The higher rarity cards are salable => The merging is salable
- At least one the the higher rarity card is unsellable => the merging is unsellable.

Well my advice was incorrect but "safe". 
I can see the meaning of the OP question, and in that case I have to say Yes, it will be salable
