I love The Claw in terms of concept, but the card is very bland.
I would like to see her mantis nature unleashed!

Here is my idea:

Since she was killed off, a few options make sense:
a) She is somehow reborn by the World-tree, perhaps with the help of an Elfine
b) She has an offspring that is much like her mother
c) An Elfine merges with The Claw's spirit in one way or another, and gains most of her features.

In any of the events, a powerful object could be the catalyst, and that's where Tear of the World-Tree comes in.

Item Jewel
Each of your living characters heals 1 Health points per race present among your characters and gains the races of all your living characters.
Permanent. Chain: Sap Heart Action.

a) The Claw Lv4 + Tear of the World-Tree:

I like the card idea! I hope to see old characters get new evolutions like Hares and Pilkim.

Wasn't the Claw killed off in the first chapter of Act 3 by one of the Nomads?

replace the tear of the world-tree with some kind of magical spirit that can bring dead person back to life . Then you can even recreate both Red-Mark and The Claw , and it makes sense .

Hmm, I wasn't aware of that part of the story. I haven't completely followed it.

The Claw died at the first battle between Nomads and Sap Heart around the Stone fallen from Sky.
If I remember well, The Sphinx killed her

Would be lovely if she could come back in some way.
Maybe not herself, but her offspring, or an Elfine taking on her Spirit and changing to look like her.

She is an awesome character that didn't get any proper attention.

the power is too powerfull.
Each time she will go to combat. She will give -2 defense and -2 spirit until the end of the game to the opposing character (if no more with quick draw/butterfly collar/vivacity)
sending her without the initiative and let's say she plays hit for hit + quick draw
against a char with 3 defense.
It's still 7+1-3 + 7+1-2 + 7+1-1 =18 damage
and the opponent's have defense-3 and spirit-3 until the end of the game...
Just imagine it with a [card]Surprise attack[/card] or a butterfly collar. (this will bring it to 24, 26 damages...)

I can't imagine a deck with ourenos and melissandre...

Don't bother thinking too far into the game.
The Harvest wouldn't last more than 2 fights unless the opponent's deck is super turtle, wich probably means she's facing very high defense and will need a way to lower defense...

But assuming you're right, she could be 6/9 Attack, since it's not Claw anymore, but her reincarnation/daughter.

Her ability could also be:

Each time "The Harvest" deals physical damage to an opposing character at least twice in the same fight, that character has Spirit -1 and Defense -1 until the end of the game.

or

Each fight, the first time "The Harvest" deals physical damage to an opposing character, that character has Spirit -1 and Defense -1 until the end of the game.

That way no matter how many hits, the opponent only gets -1.

Still with the cards these days, the numbers she has aren't that strong.
She can't use weapons, no Amber Dagger, no Bows, nothing.

I'm mostly interested in what you guys think of the concept.
Numbers are numbers...

I just would like to see The Claw in a truly deadly incarnation.
Her first card was lackluster. For something as "silent" and "deadly" as she was supposed to be, she didn't impress anyone... with anything.

yep, I think you got it (second proposition is the best.)
(but 6/9 may be a little weak if she can't wear weapons... I'll make it 6/10 or 6/11)
