no zurga sometimes it seems like you are speeking for feerik staff... ye maybe thats also due to language difficulties but here we are on the same side then... nothing happened and even though we were told there to stay tuned nothing happend... after 2 weeks i was asking whether there is some progress and it was answered with silence...

i understand that feerik is underemployed... and overstrained... keeping up the new features and working on the bugs seems like a lot of work but making halfhearted promises and breaking or then ignoring them is something i dont like and understand...

i also understand that each and every staff member is working their asses off but if they say something in a specific context and promise to keep an eye on it then they should stand to their word

in the least they can apologize for not being able to achieve what they thought they could... or say this and that came along and now we have to put this down because we cant focus on too many things... idk... actually i just want information and not being left in the dark about certain things

a simple sentence by any staff member was sufficient to keep me quiet... anything was sufficient even if they would have said 'ok there wont be any compensation of any sort' BUT i want it from a staff member or some mod who makes clear that he/she has spoken to a staff member and this is it now... i dont like ppl to say 'hey you wont get anything because its free...' because they are not speaking for feerik... they are just other players who have their an own opinion and sometimes forgets to accept that there are other opinions out there as well^^

Well, sometimes I just don't have the time to lurk every parts of the boards. When it happens and you find an answer... unanswered, just send me an email. I know you shouldn't have to do it to get answers, but sometimes it's the best way.

As for the compensations, I only announce them when the devs tell me "go for it". If you don't get a refund I announced, there's clearly a problem I was not aware of.

As for the black screen refund, I need to know if people who experienced the issue did get their refund.

I didn´t for example nor rom that insident at the black tower wich i got down all the tower because the fight frozed against the tracker boss ._.

hmmm for the black tower i think there has never been a refund of any sort... either i overread that or it was never mentioned anything... so as long as we dont know what the refund is supposed to look like we are not able to tell anyone whether we got it or not!?
