I am bothered by one thing: I start a boss fight in adventure mode, it costs me 23 energy and after a minute or so I get disconnected without the usual countdown and the server enters in maintenance mode(after several previous maintenances).
I understand that you might have some problems and some unannounced shutdowns might occur but than I ask why isn't there a server side game save so we can continue the fight when the server is back online? Or if it's too complicated, then at least return me the energy that I spent without being able to finish the fight.
I guess this should happen even if it's a problem on client's side (internet disconnection, Flash player/Firefox crash or any unusual disconnect).
Seems unfair to take away almost half the energy for nothing...
One might argue the energy is for free and I could wait x hours to get my 23 energy back, but the thing is that I want to spend my energy whenever I have the time for it, not whenever the circumstances dictates me to do so.
And anyways, Eredan sells energy therefore it is a commodity. And as with any commodity, it's unacceptable for us to lose it without getting anything in return, even more if it's your fault.

if you were disconnected because of the maintenance. you got a refund...
if you were disconnected because of something else. then it's not their fault. it's your connexion's.
and don't hope for a refund. energy's free. I got disconnected a whole bunch of times and didn't come on the forum to cry.

Refund my ass. I got no such thing. And the reason was the 11th maintenance in the past hour (I said a random number).

And if you accept a shitty service and you don't qq on the forum, that doesn't mean that I have to stop asking absurd things as a game save system. Afterall who heard of such absurd concept in games...

ye i ll side your request of a better energy usage system or a working refund system and i dont think its crying or whatnot... if you dont tell your problems then noone is gonna know about them and do something, huh?

but back to reality... there was such a thing a while ago with certain new adventure mode events like phoenix hunt and whatnot where servers were overstrained like hell and even though some staff member said that they are working on a refund for those whose games got frozen and thus lost energy and stuff... well... some are still waiting for that refund to happen

so unfortunately as much as i dont like the way skadooosh is telling you that it wont have any effect... its really true... so far noone has seen any refund that i know about

still... as long as these things happen ppl should be allowed to talk about it and not being denounced as QQers... so keep it up until feerik is changing something

i didnt mean this event... sapphon told us at some time that the staff was thinking about refunding those players that suffered these horrible freezes when (i think) the dark tower was introduced first... many freezes and black screens resulted in many players expressing their unhappyness about the event and seduced sapphon to hint on a refund but then the topic... well... was forgotten

btw 20 yellow energy as a refund is a joke

20 energy+ the maintenance is a refund for a freeze against a boss...
(and even more because at this time most of the people were on the lost temple campain with mission worth 12PE which means you actually got a refund for 2 fights...)

again... i wasnt talking about this event... but about an event more then 2 months past... when a staff member said that they are thinking about a refund... you needed 24 energy plus 15 to get back to where you wanted... and this several times in a row.... but nothing happend... not talking about this specific running atm

as for the 20 energy being a joke... it is a joke because some ppl here dont ever come to make a use of it... i assume the 20 energy was handed out in french main time... which means around 12-15 o'clock in germany which is the time where most ppl are... now the big surprise for you... at work! so what use can they get from this refund? nothing... rien... nada... niente... nüscht...
