I can only answer with my personal experience.
I lost 3 days ago again Malwein.
I have done the first floor hall (nehantist guy)
I have done 30 times the Hydra (I got the omelet)
I have beaten 5 times Mailwein (I got the bomb disposal expert)
I have done in the order the Five mission of the ground floor and when I killed Satsume, I received the Unbreakable trophy.

Draw your own conclusions.

No.
Just complete all floors without losing, in whatever order you like.
Doesn't have to be in a specific order.
Doesn't have to be in the same day.

However, you must complete them all without losing AFTER the trophy got out.
So if you killed slimes BEFORE the trophy came out, it doesn't count and you must kill slimes again.

Yes, [card]Wild buds[/card], [card]magic poison[/card] and [card]unfortunate encounter[/card] do damage at the end of combat, after the characters trigger their skills about reinforce their stats.
Avoid direct hit like [card]Flowering[/card] and you can deal with the Hydra with no trouble.

Noz Comp deck, with no [card]Ice Crystals[/card]-don't want any physical damage on the hydra.

[card]Illumination[/card] x2

[card]Dragon's Wit[/card] x3 don't need 3 i just used 3

[card]Crystal Storm[/card] x2

[card]Exaltation[/card]x2 or any of it's upgrades

[card]Magic servant[/card] x3 for defense, extra spirit for healing with Dragon's wit + Exaltation, and to get other cards back.

[card]Artrezil's Ring[/card] x2 more spirit...for you can guess?? >.>

Any Defensive cards that last at least several turns like [card]Double Clay[/card] & [card]Beyond vision[/card] (I used both)

I also Used [card]Drowning[/card] to hit hydra when i was in a turn with the egg, don't need o do this but if you do this before you have crystal storm up, it can help you win faster.

I've not lost once with this setup. just don't use any item that gives you attack. attack = you lose unless you one shot the hydra pretty much. well anyways hope this helps you.

I thought about bypassing the hydra's boost, but then i thought "Thats to easy. What would Chuck Norris do?" So I took it on head on with a Deirf Geis, Nalen, Erien deck, and didn't lose 1 game It was far more time consuming and entertaining to win against 2X/2Y hydra

in the frech discussion part of the forum they are talking about certain requirements of unlocking the mission... personally i ve not seen toxic yet winning all 30 fights perfect with compendium deck...

the discussion shows though that according to some players you can also unlock the hidden room by doing other missions then the hydra... a player wanted to go for the win all fights in the tower trophy and unlocked toxic room after doing the zombie mission... ?!? (personally i think he just realized then but unlocked it before)

also the type of deck is at debate as well as the order of killing... so far there is no outcome... but dimizar himself made a comment that made me believe there must be some kind of requirement...

anyways i just wanted to let you know that even the french community doesnt know yet and i ll keep on reading there until something interesting is coming up

Personally, I met Toxic twice.
Win twice, got the staff and others regular cards.
I unlock him with win against Malweïn.
No clues how I succeed.

For me it is matter of luck.

Yeah I've opened it 3 times myself, didn't fight it the first time I opened it, then accidently chose wrong door with wrong setup....lol, 2nd I opened it, I lost horribly using Aelide, Galene, Jorus setup, but switched out Aelide for Master Mage Killer Nature resist. Boom easy fight there.
