Some cards that got OP with 50 decks, simple fixes
[card]Items have a soul[/card]
[card]Weapons at will[/card]
With 50 card decks these 2 cards got a much lower risk in discarding the items in order to get their bonus... making people always get as much as they can in the turn (about usual seeing +12 on a 3rd turn...)
Fixing suggestions (they are separate, the 2 together would underpower the cards):
-add a attack base decreaser (gain 1 per item -1 per char level or gain 1 per item - (6 -turn) to the cards
-a limit of attack boost (9 or 10)

Same thing as above, much lower discard risk, my suggestion is to do one of the following:
-limit the cards used as bonus to the last 15 cards placed in the discard pile
-limit the bonus to 10 cards of each element (aka 20 attack, 10 spirit and defense)
More op cards are now likel outthere, these are the ones i spoted primarly

It is so easy to draw [card]Items have a soul[/card] or [card]Weapons at will[/card] from 50 cards.... *roll eyes*
Without cards that search your 3 "finisher cards" it is only luck.
50 cards deck are to slow.
The more cards you have the more unlikely is it to draw the right cards.

And this decks isn't hard to defeat:
WAW and IHAS- Anathematize or a simple Mage deck kill if fast... Obesity, Prestige, Ilumination, The secret of crow, there's a lot of possibilities...
And Marzhin.... Please bitch, turn 1, choose marzhin and give him a good magic damage, cant do it? Take your best knoker and knock him off... Out of combat, he stats stay at 0/0, so do a narwal, drowning or even sliding... marzhin deck is the easyer to counter, but the faster one...

I have only a few things to say:
- Calculate the odds of drawing IHAS or WAW from a 50 card deck
- Add [card]Anathematize[/card] to the equation
- Add [card]Dazzle[/card], [card]Demon May Rise[/card]/[card]Demonic Portal[/card] or [card]Escaping Death[/card] to the equation

I have only a few things to say:

You forgot Lady Yillit, and Shulong. Really, these decks isnt that hard to beat, you dont even need to got counters as Anathematize, Dazzle DMR or whatever, just be fast and quickly

Not all decks are fast and quicky.
Eredan isn't (or shouldn't be) all about mage blast and beatdown.

I don't agree with the OP.
But I don't agree with being fast and quicky.
Anathematize is easy to have in the deck, though.

Well whit toolbox, i mean, put 1 or 4 counter cards on the deck... You dont really need it, cuz you dont gonna worth to the most of the games, but it will help aganist ones... I like fast and quicky, quiet and mortal, do the job, and leave.
