try not to discard too many cards after ure first fight as he will get att+ equal to the number of different cards in ure graveyard... after the 2nd fight u can discard ure full hand, keep a burning soul and use the favor that gives the enemy's min attack to you... now he should fall... thing is ... u lost at least 1 char... now how to prevent that? any ideas?

thought about stealing his attack bonus with that one nomad card... erm... DJ making that Ten Chin Han move to blind the enemy...

i was also thinking about discard up to the point that he cant play his cards anymore and then putting up the defence... maybe even discarding his options to get raged... didnt test it yet

I was thinking of a circus deck preventing his Rage, then using Contortion, or if you're rich, The Prestige. Voila, no more rage in his deck.

Then anathematize and voila, no bonus attack.
Perhaps as a shadow mage deck, dunno.

Another alternative would be a Compendium deck.

Luminosity
Obesity
Gravitatron
Double Clay
Ice Crystals
etc...
---

A Runic Deck with [card]Power of the Colossus[/card], [card]Obesity[/card], Nox [card]Ceremonial[/card], Elios, Agillian and Sanquinam also could work.

i m not able to just beat him with my nehantist mages... it s all fun and games till he gets raged and... well.. my graveyard is suddenly full of corruptions and he got a 22/25 attack... <.<

Just like almost any other Bosses, he can be beaten with Demonic Portal... it's about time the developers create a boss we (the ones without demonic decks) can defeat... =/

anyone try Dragon knights?

[card]Magic attack[/card] goodbye defense
[card]cut and thrust[/card] goodbye weapons (if any, haven't even tried facing him)
[card]in the name of the dragon[/card] get back any card he makes you discard

they already have good defense and could probably at least beat him. idk though

this so much worked, but i had some luck that i instantly could reequip him with demon may rise as soon as he activated his rage

If u just want to beat him, ECLIPSE is the easiest choice, you dont even need Solaris or fully lvled Karanine... but the cards u'll really use are:

[card]Time to die[/card], might be the most useful card to chain with [card]Burning soul[/card] x 3 or [card]The end of an era[/card] (in both cases u'll get +16 ATK... but u have to use the end of an era in the first 2 turns)

[card]Noun-ta[/card] + [card]Assassination[/card] might be useful too

the rest are just filler atk cards or chain cards C:

For perfect battles, demonic portal based decks might be the best choice... but u need some luck or good hands indeed xD

im doing well with nehants but the drop rate is awful, i wish we could have something like the winter calendar so we know if we beat them at least 30 times we will defo win the prize, its really frustrating. And no where does it say we need to do perfect win. Can someone from eredan please confirm this is the case?

its a trophy that u get the crown once u win a perfect... but for the king himself... ye i d like to have something like beat him x times to get the char... but... its getting kinda normal with feerik to do it this way... the hook has to be somewhere^^

Its a terrible even if u ask me - yet another rewards that makes you have a nehan corr deck, otherwise you will have the hardest time ever. I agree with calandra there has to be a hook somewhere, but shouldn't that be the card itself. Also it would be nice to see a boss that non-corr decks can beat, and the nehan can't.

As for the drop rate it is indeed terrible - I got only 7 wins so far ( dont want to make nehan corr deck ) - but so far I haven't seen anything else except common Act I-II cards.

This is BS I have beaten this guy way too many times perfects over 50% of the time and still have not managed to get the character. Running out of time and I am not happy with Feeriks ploy to make you spend a ton of money on a limited time offer.

Yeah he may have been mediocre, but Ice elves is one of my favorite decks. The fact that I will never be able to obtain him because Feerik doesn't know how to balance an event will forever irritate me, especially since I did everything that I should have on my end... an yeah the waste of the last week doesn't help. Even after the so called change I cant get him, I have about 15 win so far and nothing, I know it is a small number but not many normal decks can easily beat him.
