permanent spell manipulation

there should be a spell that states:

the next permanent spell played as a chain is instead attached to the opposing character

non-multi class mage: attaches to opponent you pick

example

"spell manipulation" + [card]inspiration[/card] but you pick to put it on the opposing [card]prophet[/card] instead.

could be just a stupid idea but it was bothering me that I didn't post it

I like the concept.

But I think you should be able to affect opponent spells too.

If you play a Permanent Spell as a Chain, it attaches to a character of your choice.
If the opposing character plays a Permanent Spell after this card, it attaches to a character of your choice.
Chain: Spell.
Non-Multiclass Mage: Chain.

Ishaia plays Double Clay but you make her give it to your character instead.
Muahahaha.
