Why do the Boosters and starter decks cost so much crystals, I only really plan to spend about 10-20$ tops each month.
When I compare it to actually thinking about buying any boosters and or the starter decks from this online game, it's just too expensive.
I could get more real booster cards for a different card game for 50$, as for that new release of cards just released, you need to spend 50$ just to get even one.
However with that being said I am enjoying this game and for the most plan to just spend only what I need and I more prefer getting random cards then blowing a good sum of real money on this game.
Lower the costs please! and maybe you will get better feedback. However I know that all online games and their companies that run these type of games will always do this kind of stuff regardless of what is said on their boards.
This is just my opinion and I do know others share my thoughts as well, So if you wan't players to stay and continue to enjoy your game.
Try and do your best to fit the players needs and not your own greed as this is one of the major problems with many online games being shut down due to lack or players and players who would like to support the game, because sooner or later players just get fed up with the prices and move onto something else.

The game is free : you can play without spending any money.
The price of boosters has not changed in two years.

I do agree that if the price of boosters drops a little...
The downsides are:
- More cards in the market.
The upsides are:
- Those that already spend money, will either spend the same or more.
- Those that don't spend money, may start spending.
- More cards in the market.

actually its 3999 feez so starting from zero the least you could spend to get would be $70

yeah, but you precisely know which cards you're buying....

You would have to have eaten paint chips you're entire life and been kicked in the head by a horse to think this is a good deal

I don't say I like it. but it's how boosters work, and it's how they'll always work. booster=random.
except for the ones like this special one where you have a fully buyable deck.

fully deck + crazy amount of other cards + exp cards.
I have other things I have to spend money on but simply put
its the value we each put it at individually. to some people it is worth 3999 feez but to others it isn't.

I think feerik realizes people will spend hundreds of dollars each month just cause these people are rich and don't know what to do with their money so I don't see feerik changing their policy for the majority when the minority give them most of their wealth. that's why "pay 2 win" games are a plague these days.
Hors ligne
I don't know any game where you can win without paying.
Tow options :
- Spend money (fast and costly)
- Spend time (long and cheap)
Someone says someday that time is money.
If you choose the time option, this cost also something and you pay for it with your time.
This doesn't reflect directly in your wallet, but at the end, yes you have paid in time in order to win.
Now, please, give me an example of game where you don't need time or money to win.

Well , things that make players don't want to pay too much for this card game .
-Ridiculously poor new player support : You just give them little amount of crystal to buy starter deck and that's it ." No more , you are on your own from now ! "
Why don't give new players some free boosters upon leveling up , well , i have finished 5-6 "ten 150 feez purchase" cards but still haven't had enough money to make any 300k + deck , so some free boosters won't hurt .
- Reward for purchasing feez , 150 feez for every 1500 feez purchased is such a joke
- Dumb market place : no need to talk about this anymore , everyone knows

Rewards upon level up has been suggested but no response.
Could be a non-saleable 4 card booster per level.
Hors ligne
We'd like to change the account level system before talking about rewards.

Personally I have about a million crystals in cards and 100k crystals banked and I have never spent a dime on the game . . . not directly anyway.
If you look in the "free feez" section you will find some great deals. For example, if you register a godaddy webname for $5 you get over 1000 feez. Compare that to buying 500 feez for $10. I'm not sure how much godaddy pays feerick but it's a great deal. I got a domain name, and double the feez for half the price. Netflix is also a great deal. For $8 month you get over 1000 feez. I already had netflix so what I did was order nexflix from the "free feez" option in my wife's name, then call netflix and cancel my other account . . . I would avoid the ones that require you to download games, LOTS of adware bundled there.
My point is, that even if you are poor like me, you can still get a decent amount of cards. I then take those feez but the boosters I want (usually limit myself to whatever is on sale) or buy the 4 pack boosters. That way I can sale in the market longer. 1000 feez lasts a while that way.
Also I play the market, It's not as easy as it used to be since they changed the market to the socialistic format they use now, but it can still be done, buying low and selling high . . . The profit margin is minimal but it's still there. You just have to be careful what you buy and be prepared to hold on to cards until new series come out out special tournaments make them useful again. I made a fortune selling roots when the new sap released, likewise sold several nehant shadows for this last tournament . . . (still got some left by the way) Then again, i've been stuck with 10 telendar's for almost a year now . . . Anyway . . . thats another method that DOES work . . .
Also Save your crystals by refraining from buying new release cards in the market. Wait until the prices come down. Indigestion for example started out a nearly 40k each . . . now they are selling for 7k.
I am a cheap bastard, but I get it done

I don't know where the original poster comes from, but Eredan's boosters and decks actually cost about the same as one Pokemon booster or deck, maybe even a little cheaper, though seeing how there there are less cards in a Eredan deck then a Pokemon deck I would hope it would be cheaper.
Anyway, this isn't the 90s anymore you can't buy a pack of 10 cards for just one dollar at the dollar store, well actually I have checked what a booster of baseball cards go for now a days so don't hold me to that. What I'm trying say is trading cards haven't been cheap for over a decade so stop complaining and suck it up.
One booster comes out to be around $6.25, the 12 card boosters, while one deck comes to be $15.60, 23 card decks... okay, maybe the decks are slight expensive compared to a booster but still. And seeing as all the new releases can be obtained in the new comers booster you only need to pay at most $10 for a chance to get one.

If you're local card chop charges that much for Pokemon boosters, then I suggest changing where you buy your cards.

Well, I wouldn't call Walmart a card shop, but you can't exactly buy booster back for Eredan at shop that specialises in selling cards either. Should mention I'm also Canadian, so prices up might be slightly different then down there.
