you ask why dazzle with a beatdown deck? cause there is someone who will always get +3 or more attack, and dazzle is a very effective counter! I've had players quit when they though they could one shot me and I pulled this card out. very effective against "the eternal" tempus deck when he uses "time to die" + "celerity"

destroys noz mages and sap hearts in a blink of an eye! also useful when combined with "incarnation" to give them an extra +5 damage. you will always want x3 of this card for any mage decks you encounter.

very effective card especially against low spirit cards. be careful to only use it when your opponent is as full health so you dont heal him (unless he has 0-1 spirit).

this is your defense + counters action cards. very effective against beatdown decks.

this keeps you alive and counters any "double clay" cards or defense your opponent uses. be weary of "sentence" though, it can kill you.

probably the one card that sets me apart from other eclipse decks. this combined with "supernova" will ensure a victory when the time is right. or even without "supernova" it give you +3-5 healing points which can and WILL give you the point lead if the game is decided by points.

a very situational card, if you get the right timing along with "stiches" it will ensure a victory.

this card is replaceable depending on your personal strat. I like this card cause it can counter ANYTHING. it is great for your last fights or just out of surprise when an opponent uses his best card. yes it ignores it but puts it back into his deck, but sometimes these situations matter, you can live and let him have his card back, or die. pretty simple right?

3 cards can use this to annihilate your opponents, "harshness" against mages, "artrezil's heritage" against anything that will attack you, or "assassination" against anything else.

this deck flows very well, if you have no mages to fight discard your harshness. everything else is up to you depending on the deck.

right now I am at about 2:1 win ratio, but I am in the top 10 ELO right now (as of 4/20 I am 5th position). it's a matter of good card draws vs your opponent. just keep playing and you will eventually get a lot of points. I have gone from 1800 to 1720 back up to 1800, you just have to play a lot!

sometimes you will need to discard cards like "obesity" or even "solaris" depending on if you really need to kill someone. if you know you can't heal through their cards (like tempus for example, you don't need "solaris").

you really have to know your opponent's strategy and react to it. you may not always win but you will win most of the time. I've even had a guy who called me a newb cause he beat me 3 times but the 4th time I beat him, which put me in 5th place and him in like 20th or something. so it all depends on 1) how you play your cards 2) luck 3) your opponent

Pretty nice deck you got here, I also am a massive Eclipse fan, and almost run the same deck, I personally like Assault on Bramamir for this deck, but got to agree with most of your choices. I usually only use 2 harshness, extra assasination, and havent thought of using stitches, but I can see that as a smart move. I also like to put in one Solar Eclipse, nice if you can put on early, just makes life easier...just depends. But have to say very well played

I'm not expert but I would put 1 sol'ra eclipse for Djamena (4rounds)... good for supernova and Mouktar.

Eclipse is one of my favorite decks. I think you are missing a core card though -->[card]Sentence[/card]<--. It counters so many decks and is a perfect combo with [card]Incarnation[/card].

A few dead cards in order to be able to fight all kinds of decks is a welcome trade off.

That's where the meta should be headed to.

If Feerik designs decks that have all the needed defenses without sacrificing anything, no one will play this game.
