[card]Briscar[/card] is so ignored it hurts

I always thought his interesting ability should see more use, so I think it should work every Turn, instead of only on his fights
Furthermore, his strong connection with powder and coal/forges/fire would make him a good candidate for a Fire Guemelite.

My idea is a new Briscar that ends up merging with the original Briscar, just like Hares/Aez/Kounok.

The new Briscar would be Fire Guemelite & Warrior.
The final Briscar (after merging) would be Fire Guemelite & Marauder-Warrior.

My ideas:
Briscar the Burning (Lv1)

Pirates
Fire Guemelite
Warrior
Spirit 0
Attack 6/7
Defense 1
Health 13
Gain Chain if you cast a Fire Spell.
Turns 1, 2 and 4: Defense +1.
Just a little burn.

Briscar the Burning (Lv2)

Pirates
Fire Guemelite
Warrior
Spirit 0
Attack 7/8
Defense 1
Health 14
Gain Chain if you cast a Fire Spell.
At the start of each Turn, "Briscar the Burning" gains 1 "Powder" token.
Turns 1, 2 and 4: Defense +1.
Smokin' hot.

Briscar, the Burning (Lv3) = Briscar (Lv3) + Briscar, the Burning (Lv2)

EDIT: Maybe "Gain Chain if you play "Fiery Sword"." suffices, even though Rain of Death is wasted on his 0 Spirit.

- He'd be able to chain [card]Fiery Sword[/card] into [card]Flames of the Phoenix[/card] and attack the same Turn.
- His special ability penalizes you more than it does the opponent, as far as Flames of the Phoenix go
- Would love [card]Captain Al'Killicrew[/card] (powder) and [card]Gemineye[/card]
- Would synergize well with [card]Bragan[/card] (fire), [card]Armada[/card], [card]Ardranis[/card]
- Would boost [card]Let my Guns Talk![/card]

Plenty of deck options!

Well i liked him, i really would like to see a new version, and that's nica, coud do a deck whit:

Bragan
Adranis
Briscar

And use these belts... Oh yea, and why these new briscar put 1 point of powder into every character?

Well he puts in your own because it fits the character.
It'd be too overpowered if he put on enemies as well, because he can chain Fiery Sword (consumes your powder and gives you attack), use flames of the phoenix (u don't get damaged because u consumed your powder first) and still attack...

This way at least you build powder faster than the enemy, so you take more damage from phoenix unless you play cards to avoid that damage.

I think chaining ALL fire spells may be too OP making him a warrior, marauder, AND a non-multi mage in essence. Chaining Fiery Sword should be good enough. With that one nerf, I think he would see more play and be un-broken.

I disagree because he has 1 Spirit, 2 on his Turn Order, and up to 3 with Gemineye.

He isn't going to be pulling off any massive Rain of Death or anything remotely similar.

I changed him to 0 Printed Spirit, though, to make it clear he's not meant to be a Rain of Death spammer.

If you had read the full suggestion, or the full post before mine, you wouldn't be posting this nonsense.

Why do you even bother posting in a thread you don't bother reading properly?

I mentioned in my suggestion post - the first post in this thread - that he'd be able to chain Fiery Sword -> Flames of the Phoenix.

my mistake then, just seemed clear to me that the only real thing that would be usefull would be fiery sword since he'll only be bothering gathering powder on his firsts turns...

Moderator look, but moderators are not game designers.
Game Designers look but Game designers rarely say anything on idea of cards.
Game Designers make their decisions on their own and release cards, sometimes, close to ideas on the forum.

You know, nothing would be more rewarding as a forum user than knowing one's ideas are used, and accredited.

There's this game where players who report meaningful bugs in an organized manner, are rewarded in-game.

When a card is inspired on someone's suggestion, that someone should get 1 copy of that card as a reward.

It fosters community and meaningful posts.

Isn't that what happened with Alyce? But that was the result of a contest or something, if I remember correctly. With that said, I've seen a couple cards been released that are eerily similar to a suggestion(s) I made weeks before...

yeah.. They don't like Pirates afterall.. but the Craftsman items.. can manipulate the game..

but the [card]Multi-tasking[/card] will be controlled then.. by someone or groupp..

the only thing they have in common is being a fire guemelite.
my suggestion is marauder-warrior, chains fiery sword, doesn't heal based on powder tokens, doesn't start the game with X powder tokens, and instead gives your team powder tokens each turn.

Please, put Briscar the Burning into the game.
Flammara needs a proper date - one who can show her the meaning of burning passion without dying of 4th degree burns.

Maybe Gain Chain if you play Fiery Sword would be enough, if chaining all fire spells seems too strong, but please... put... it... in!
