I remember reading a post about Feerik's plans to update the current "starter decks" that are advailable in the feez store. I have a few wishes that may come from this, but more interested in knowing what are on the majority's wishlist.

One of Feerik member asked for ideas for new decks available in Feez in the store (link in French http://forum.eredan.com/viewtopic.php?id=34383 )
The pre-requisites are :
- 4 rares cards
- 12 uncommon cards
- 7 common cards

You can post your deck idea if you want.

For Noz I'd do a Witchblade starter

Eglantyne the Witchblade (common)
Naya (Rare)
Ylliana (uncommon)

Ice Shield x2 (common)
Blade of the Witch (rare)
Neutralization (rare)
WitchBlade Trump (rare)
Punishingx2 (common)
Powerx2 (common)
Witchblade Armorx3 (uncommon)

Mentalism x3 (uncommon)

A solid starter in my opinion. Has strong staples of the witchblade yet leaves spots open to invest to make a true or complete "witchblade" deck of one's personal playstyle.

This deck teaches several things, likely to increase interest of new players in Eredan:
- Synergy between Gan'so (undead), Yu Ling and Mysterious Aura

I'd suggest swapping either Neutralization or Witchblade triumph for a Secret Weapon to level Ylliana up to Level 3. Also maybe Anazara instead of Eglantyne, but I could see why you'd put Eglantyne there; to level her up with the old started decks Moira.

One thing I have to say about Bmyarne's Witchblade deck idea is that, Starter Decks are meant to be ready to play, but not "complete".

In your case, 3 Than the Sword, 3 Mentalism & 3 Witchblade Armor are a little overboard. The player is meant to want to get the "remaining" cards from Boosters/Marketplace.

If at least some of them were used to upgrade characters (like Shadow Master being required for Yu Ling), then I think it's okay to have 3, but it's not the case in your suggestion.

I'd suggest you remove...
1x Than the Sword
1x Mentalism
1x Witchblade Armor
...and add...
1x [card]Ice Coffin[/card] (to reactivate Witchblade Armor and Blade of the Witch)
2x [card]Guardian's Benediction[/card]

By the way, Zurga, the Tracker Starter Deck has 11 Uncommons and 8 Commons, even though it says it has 12 Uncommons and 7 Commons.

The reasoning for Eglantyne over Anazara and leaving out Secert Weapon and having x3 "fillers" was the fact of it being ready to play but no complete. In my mind's eye thats how I'm seeing this decklist. There are one or two decks in store now that players would have to go outside the given decklist to upgrade a character or swap out given cards to make it the actual deck others see it as, yet give them option to branch out in whichever way they'd prefer. But then again maybe this is all the reason why Feerik is revising them to begin with.
