Zurga described the system that is used with drops in Adventure Mode:
- you have lots of boxes
- you open 0-3 random per win
- you never open the same box again until they "reset"
- when you get a certain "good" drop, all the boxes "reset" (close)
This strikes me as an awesome way to avoid "constant strings of bad luck".
My question is, do Boosters follow the same system, or is it 100% random all the way?
I think it would be very smart of Feerik to apply that box system to Boosters, and letting players know the system applies to Boosters, in short giving the players hope that their investment eventually pays off even if they're unlucky.

what you missed form zurga's part is that each time you drop a "useless card", box are reseted. it means nothing forbid you to loot 50 commons cards in a row...
the only drop rate increasing is the one for the special item.
rare drop rate stays the same all the time. you don't have more chances to loot a rare, if you didn't loot any in a long time... (well basicly you got more chances regarding the probability laws, but there is always the same drop rate, as far as I understood from zuga's explanation...)
so I don't see how you would apply that on boosters, even if I totally think it would be a ery good thing to increase the good drop in boosters by any means....

Don't make me say what I haven't.
All we know is that the sytem is :
- Some boxes.
- Reward in each box
- The specific loot is behind one of the box
- Others boxes rewards are not known.
- You open a box at the end of each win, you can have 0-3 cards in each box.
- You can't open a box twice.
- When you receive the specific loot, all the boxes are closed and filled.
Any other mechanisms are unknown.

Do we know if a loss resets the boxes?

I don't know.
If I have to bet, I put some coins on "no".

Fair enough.
Does each boss have his own 'advent calendar'? Or does any 'special' drop reset the universal.
Again, I don't expect you to know but it's worth asking ![]()
Thanks as always Zurga.

Two options described in the previous post.
Sapphon has shown the correct option :
Each boss have is own "advent calendar" type of thing to reward the player.
