A friend got the spear yesterday... it's just luck my best and only decent drop a onijutsu, notbad, but still no spear xD

I had beaten the master mystic slayer damn about 30 times before i got him.
Sure hope i'm getting this spear a bit faster

Like all others rewards of this type, each time you win, you open a box.
The Spear is behind one of the box.
You can't open an already opened box.
There is at least 50 box to open (I don't have the right number, it is something above 50 for what we now actually).

When you find the spear, all the boxes are closed and filled again.

This works for all rewards for all campaigns.

Hmm when i searched that weapon prize in sap's, i did it like 20 times when ive found 1st, and just game after that I found 2x at once,,,,,  so evrything here is just about weird luck o_O

I don't have this answer.
I know the mechanism, but not the details of the content of the "boxes"

For sure, there is only one box with the collector, in fact even if there is several boxes, the boxes are reinitialized when the collector is dropped.

I assume each box is assigned an item or group of items.

Imagine you have 50 boxes. Example:
30 of them open Common cards.
15 of them open Uncommon cards.
5 of them open Rare cards.

Maybe each box has a specific card, and always drops that card when you get that box.
Maybe each box has a group of cards, like normal + favor + experience.
As you open boxes, you are more likely to get a Rare.
Once you get a rare, they close again, and it restarts.

In my example, the best luck = Rare on first box.
Worst luck = Rare on 46th box.

Sorry for post under post but... one day I've defetead last mission again and it has shown me "congratulation , you earned : "
but it was black screen. Also , I couldn't leave game and click anything. Reloged and checked my collection - there was some strange black card and but it was showing nothing. Now I can see Rune Cor non-playable rune card... what is that?

I tried to get the spear from beggining (evry energy used to kill last boss) i failed to get it like 50 times, now I just get 2 spears in a row,,, ._. random rlz
