The master-Mage

I have used three different mage decks. I have used different spells to get the same effect -20 or more when I kill them with magic and I am getting no points towards the achievement.
Anyone know what is going on?

I feel like it's kinda bullshit that they're requiring you to play in the Amnezy Tournament for a weekly card mission. I understand for the larger missions to obtain characters and such (like the recent Anon Tho missions) but not letting you gain points in the Normal room is a little over the top.

Misleading you through the tooltip is what is unacceptable.
They should say it in the message "Must be done in the Amnezy Tournament."

Also, does spell have to bring him to -10, or spell + attack can do it too? I am running Blizzard Ice Elves and they will always attack after blizzard, seeing that ir does not work like a normal spell, instead like an action/

Magic Damage equals magic damage whether from a spell or an action or an item.

Simple.
Everytime you deal Magic damage, the game checks if the opponent is at -5, if so, you get 1 point. If the opponent is at -15, you get an additional 9 points.

So it doesn't matter if you do alot of physical damage. You'll get the point if after dealing Magic damage the opponent is below -5.

Everytime you deal Magic damage, the game checks if the opponent is at -5, if so, you get 1 point. If the opponent is at -15, you get an additional 9 points.

So it doesn't matter if you do alot of physical damage. You'll get the point if after dealing Magic damage the opponent is below -5.

I have been using a Demon Rage deck, now that I know only Amnezy Tournament pays out. It any magic damage that causes there life to drop -6 or -11, even if you make them -5 with physical only 1 more point, with magic will payout.
