Look, Feerik is obviously not going to do anything about Discard, so get used to it. If you worry about it, get cards to counter them. Can't afford A New Start? Tough. If you don't want to lose against them, sink some money into the game and hope to get cards for a better deck. Are you really chastising people for using one of the most viable decks in ELO? Sorry, some players want to actually do good. If you can't beat them, try joining them. Trust me, that deck isn't unbeatable.

I Agree 100%, and we all know discard is broken, but my wild biud deck with ans/3 aracnaphobias laugh at them, plus a good s.a.r.a.h deck will pummel discard decks, not to mention my "OP" tempus deck!

It's not that easy since Suspicion of Treason counters both cards. And even if those cards enter the game you are not guaranteed the win. I don't normally lose against Sap decks with discard.

I find Tempus and Ecstasy decks the worst match-ups by far.

The rest of the decks need A new start to have a chance against discard and that also doesn't guarantee the win.

Discard isn't gay. It doesn't lock you out like hand job and I don't hear anyone complaining about that. Hand Job even has a gay name. But I digress. Discard is hard to beat, and your decklist isn't even the best one, IMO. At the same time there are other OHKO decks that destroy discard. I don't care how high double clay gets abys's def, Stink Bomb makes it = 0.

Discard is easy to make because there aren't a lot of cards made for them, and even fewer that are useful. Because of this, there is a higher chance of someone being able to make a top tier discard deck. In order to compete with a top tier deck, you need a top tier deck. Until you can... Quit Qrying.

I thought pickpocket sux but then i realized something....The defense bonus it gives provides more survivability and it allows you to chain something when you play [card]The Psychurgist[/card]. Nothing is worse than having all spells and a single blackmail turn 1 and psych cant chain. The fact that it attacks their deck not hand is also a plus.

According to feerik discard is not a top deck (I agree with them) and they base all their strategy on what the top 1% of the use. It does not matter that 99% of the players are affected by discard.

I dont think the hand denial thing is gay, since it requires them to actually kill all the opponents to win. Differently from discarding. Which you win even if not touching their HP.
