For me this is the strongest character for this game, that's if it was created.
If you don't think this character is OP then just create one of your own and show me

"Chuck Norris" does not need stats. Stats need Chuck Norris.
"Chuck Norris" does not suffer effects, damage, lose health, much less die. Effects, damage, health loss and death suffer Chuck Norris.
At the beginning of the game, "Chuck Norris" greets everyone with a Roundhouse Kick that causes instant death without any other effects or damage taking place.
If "Chuck Norris" faces "Chuck Norris", both players win, because Chuck Norris is just that awesome.
