Dude that whould be nice,but i dont think that so early...The server of the game is very instable these days,so put something like that would F***up everything.

Not if the information is held client side, as in, your PC's memory/processing is used, not the server's.

It actually doesnt seem like it would be hard at all

They dont need to save it with video format

If they do it by "card data" format all it would be is some numbers

Player 1 cards - 5498, 439, 3944, 503, 29
Player 2 cards - 0293, 22, 29, 348, 194

Player 1 plays 439, 29
Player 2 plays 22, 29

etc
