there is one trophy among them which requires 50 kills in one single fight... but it wont give any other reward then a title... so its up to everyone whether they want the title or not

Trophy is trophy and title is title, some people look no further then that. Some people out there get it to have for the " Hey look what I have and you don't" factor.

Re : The Mysterious Pheonix Campaign, which decks?

Id say the best dude for the job is arkalon, with:

Chimera, Exordium, The dragons champ, dragon armor, crystal shelf, Dissatisfaction.
Life devourer.

basically equip arkalon with the stuff above, and let your other characters die. Also leave one beast on the opponents side. That way dissatisfaction will deal 8 direct dmg each turn.

Arkalon recycles cards, so that way youll be able to use in the name of the dragon every turn to take back The last action or other kill cards for a guaranteed kill every turn.

Arkalon is a beast.

Re : The Mysterious Pheonix Campaign, which decks?

Since it seen that the monsters don't remove permanents, anything with Paladins Hammer + 3 Rage + Crow of the Border shoulw work..

Also Kebeck is a nice option with his passive skill.. Get a Life Devourer + IStariam BLade, or use Training so he can use 2 Istaryan Blade.. + rage + crow

I personally gona do Shrikan Djamena and Kebeck, mass Lamentation of Sol'ra..

And recycle with Watcher + ANS

So even if there is a monster that remove permanents, Kebecks isn't going to lose his damage...

Even a Shuikan Guemelite Version, can do the trick with 2 Life Devourer, With bad intentions, Exodium and some armor..

Re : The Mysterious Pheonix Campaign, which decks?

109 kills means he must be buying energy though...
if u kill 3 in one round... shouldnt u pay 12 energy to reget all 3 ???

speed kill doesnt make any difference here as u will always have to wait 5 hours after u entered the battle to regain the full energy. imo its better to prepare for a safe trip through the forest.

-immortals sounds good to me
-golem tank deck sounds good
-avalonien
-ishaia with statics
-zil priests worked nice as well for me

yea you have to pay 12nrg, 4 for each corpse...

also means you save 8nrg n get 2 extra kills when nrg is low.

but when you hav no nrg left you get 3 kills, 2 more than with single target...

there is some mistake in that thinking

if i have 0 energy left i can still kill the remaining 3 creeps i just cant replace them with new ones. no extra kills anywhere!

Re : The Mysterious Pheonix Campaign, which decks?

If anyone is looking of a cheap deck im using Rockspeaker, Wreckwood, and Spiritspeaker. Vengeful lianas, exordium, and a life devourer or 2 for wreck and arachnophobias, ice walls and regeneration for rock. A couple of rain dances and root sanctuaries to get your cards back. Wreckwood's attack only gets higher, rockspeakers defense only gets higher.

Luckily they can be swappeg for other spells. Doesnt really matter since he really wont be damaged and wreckwood is the primary damage dealer. Since wreck can't cast regen on himself to keep him at full health. By the time you have equipped wreck with a couple of weapons all his attacks will be one hit KO's. Rock will just be placing regens on wreck and using rain dances to get back the root sanctuaries and vengefuls when they fall off.

LOLLL

You guys make super duper decks for nothing.....  Ok, for the poor people, i'll tell you what i did to break those phoenix puny creatures.... And again, i choose the ice elf deck.. low cost, everyone has those....

2 ice auras and 3 no quarters and you are in business.....
the rest? all the original crap..

You put all those enchantments on one elf and voila!  nobody can kill you, you heal all the time, and you keep killing mobs without playing cards smile

keep only the elf that has all those enchantments and the 2 other die. on the mob side, keep only one alive. kill it and pay 4 energy per kill.

low cost deck and everyone can get this quest done smile

i play poor cuz i am poor.  by the way. the no quarters, i got them from killing the boss in the treasure of Zahal with the same ice elf deck.. so everyone can do it safely and no cost smile have fun people .

but if you can keep your characters alive for as long as possible you will beat as many of these beasts for as little as possible favor.

Re : The Mysterious Pheonix Campaign, which decks?

it'S the same, you still have to pay 4 energy per kill... so the fact that you stay up there one on one dosen't change anything... you still pay 4 energy per mob killed except that you don't have to keep 3 chars alive, only one. Remember this method that i wrote is for less fortunate people that wants to still have fun and get free cards (like me).  And that your char never dies since he insta heal top HP and you never get hit plus that you don't have to play any cards so you never deck out. Real easy way to get new cards for free. Only patience is needed.

Re : The Mysterious Pheonix Campaign, which decks?

Very true. And there really are tons of simple set ups that can do that.
here's just another i thought of:

Captain all killicrew powder version
life devourer x2
The pirate code x3
Distracted x1 (for 1 shots every round)
Danger in delay x1 (to keep on using over and over)
Random shield x1 (most likely not even needed, but just add one for the idea)

and a random rest of the deck.

+10 life at the end of each round once set up. and a bonus one once you'r out of cards and the rest of your team is dead from danger in delay.

bit more expensive then your's thought.

Re : The Mysterious Pheonix Campaign, which decks?

actually the whole event is super duper hyper dyper easy... get a warrior char X preferably with a high base defense... put two craftsman to each side and equip as many jorusers and soups as u can... for the self cure u just equip 3 times the chameleon cloak... at some certain point u will stop playing cards and cure 3 hp each round... that would really be the cheapest option i m seeing... its so cheap you could even think about using the lonesome lousy-warrior-lucyan

Re : The Mysterious Pheonix Campaign, which decks?

Im using Ica Rusty (L2) with 3x pirate code and 3x chameleon cloak with 3x Firon and a Crown of the Border

I got the Firons a long long time ago (in a galaxy far away) when they used to cost like 700

Im probably using the cheapest deck here, only costing like 4k to make

Re : The Mysterious Pheonix Campaign, which decks?

i run out of energy after 15 fights D:

@Bmyarne i pretty much used the same, but i just stacked up Nut... it's easier once galene and klemmentine are dead and you start one (or two) hitting everything

all i used was a generic Nut/ Mechanist deck. stack him up to be "near" unbeatable and laughed after i didnt have to play any cards to 1hit anything^^

Meister Galene, Nut, Klemmentine

3 Ica-Rusty's Mechanical Arm
2 Firon
1 Crown of the Border
3 The Pirates Code
3 Hot Noodles
1 Portable Heater
3 Grog Pirate
3 Recycling
1 Wallop

it's pretty cheap aside the mechanical arms and easy to manage. even without multitasking, ANS or other powercards big_smile

Fixed.
Your original idea, in my opinion, depends too much on getting cards in the right order.
If your other chars die before you draw Exordium, if you draw Travel Ration, Pirate Code, Longevity, etc at start and Dragon's Wit are mostly at the end... will screw you in many ways.

At least this way you got stuff that works early on, and just 1 dragon's wit will make the difference.
