Change Rocketor to no longer hit allies

The card is already unreliable and expensive to use (because it needs 3 powders per use)

Its effect arent even that powerful, sure it combos but even with the combo its still weaker than 80% of combos you see these days

Also dont try saying you guys dont change cards, because Sol'ra Avatar proves you do

Lol, Sol'ra Avatar?
Check how Sol'ra's Eclipse and Reinforce the Faith got butchered.

Yet, we still got cards like [card]Simple Axe[/card] and [card]Cursed Blades of Yses[/card] unchanged.

Rocketor is deadly if your character is the last standing one.
You blow 12 damages with powder keg installed.
In addition with characters like Cap'tain Killicrew or Ica-Rusty you can chain them and blow until 36 damages at the end of combat.
Basically you win under this circumstances.
The backfire effect is fair enough for this type of thing.

That sounds scary, except it requires an absolutely massive amount of setup

and even then, it wasnt even rocketor that makes that combo OP its Clover
