Demon May Rise
Played Demon may Rise against the Psychurgist, a Mental Guem, yet he was still able to play Mental Syphon...defeated the whole point of me attaching said card to him. This card works agaimst some..ice elves, humans etc...but not others. Double Standards I say.

That's not a helpful response...known bugs should be fixed. Why create cards that don't do their job? You guys are quick enough to create Adventure mode, and release new cards yet you can't fix an old bug? Stinks of laziness to me.

We had recently an answer about this.
The game wasn't designed to change race during the game.
This type of cards appears long after the beginning of the game.
So, the correction of this type of bug (others cards works like this one like [card]Gaya[/card] and her fetish) is a very big change in the game engine.
They work on it but try not to break everything to correct this.

Wait a second.... They made a card that fought their ENGINE? Who's stupid idea is that? How do you even let that happen?
I think they should just take the card away. I know what it's like to re-write an engine, it's not fun. Save the programmers some nights of sleep and just delete the card from existence.

So the system is unable to make a race check before a card is played to determine whether you are elegible for it or not?

The funny thing is that [card]break the second chain[/card] does the guemelite turned demon check.
