Initiative....but mainly 50/50. can boost chances with Fog Hydra or Akustai(spelling)

Initiative?
Each player has 5 'tickets'. The system randomly draws a ticket from the pool to determine who goes first. Character's add. Hydra adds 10 initiative, Akutsai and Analyz add as well.
So hyrda gives 15:5 or 3:1 to go first.

I poorly worded my question. What I meant to ask is what determines the order of the characters in your lineup? As in why is my sap deck always go Melissandre, Rockspeaker, Keizan? It's not in alphabetical order so I was just wondering what determines the order. Sorry for the confusion.

The most logical answer is that each card has an ID, and they are ordered as such.

For me, it depends on XP on the card, Highest XP on progression bar first.
I have noticed that when a character change of level, he change of place in the line-up.
When XP is the same, no clues.
I have no definitive answer, this is only my guess.
