Not really.
That would be Crystocat.
But surely it isn't random, he probably will have a purpose in some deck.
Maybe he is meant to use [card]Quick Draw[/card]... nvm that's Warrior only... xD

He can use Amber Dagger, so more direct damage for the Ice Elves. Too bad Aiyr won't boost those.

you can develop each lvl3 iceelf to its specialedtion lvl4 if you opened all 24 christmasdoors (2011) ( the lvl3 card must have its full xp )

Having "The Iced" is like having the Watchmaker of Destiny Lv3 or Apostle of Destiny Lv3 in your collection - it unlocks the final upgrade (in this case special upgrade) for a few cards.
