Adventure - Strategy Advice

Somebody mentioned it on a thread righ below sow i decided to create a little thread where we can exchange information and figure out how to beat the challenges in the adventure mode!

Can somebody help me, so to start, and tell how to get through the ursend guild's adventures?

And as an advice: Most of us got the ice elves, right? Well, they're highly effective against the sap heart boss and the kotoba boss (for the kotoba boss though, you gotta have somebody in the deck to remove the items he stacks, i suggest litmus test coz all the items he stacks are kotoba anyway)

You should probably get rid of his items by the second turn otherwise he's already too strong to be contained and will oneshoot a char of yours.

Calvin: Denial!
Teacher: I can't argue with that...

another great deck to use in ursends first six levels is a corruption deck on the boss its either a trash deck (ihas, master mage with hammer discarding fire spells. if you say this is a insult it aint) discards or some decks that can dish huge amounts of dmg

Versus the Sap Heart boss I find that priests (especially Lady Yllith) works really well, as long as you have Mercy and Stitches in your deck as you effectively nullify his damage-dealing and he reshuffles your deck for you.

Lady Jane can kick your ass.

I beat the Sap Heart one 95% of the time with a Craftsman/Queen deck....

Does the Corruption deck need Vital Siphons to get past Ursend, or just attack swapping cards?

You can't really beat Ursend's boss with a corruption deck, since he has -x damage where x is the sum of all your character's spirit, and the standard corupption deck has TONS of spirit. (or maybe you can, jz VERY HARD)

Re : Adventure - Strategy Advice

For Ursend i would recommend Discard or The Pack for the first 6.stages, the decks don`t have to be that expensive.

Stage 7 though.. With the recent changes, stage 7 is barely able to do with Eclipse with the help of a favor or 2.

I'd use discard for the last. It's almost impossible to beat him any other way. Maybe a warrior deck that has low spirit too.
i used classic psychurgist, aby devourer and salem

Do you have a good win % with that deck?

funny^^ i got half a whichblade deck for farming the zil boss xD
thou i havent got a single character i got tons of random noz and nomad cards. and a playset of ice barriers. the occasional +100 and +200 exp cards helped too (and a single +500exp). i dont really think there's any system in the cards you get there. also i got one "strenght of.." from every clan till now once (inclueding a foil version for the sap hearts), but still no luck in the other "spezial" cards -.-

Guys, I'll say it again.
For last fight of Ursend.

Lv3 Kokrem
Lv3 Ramen
Lv3 Jayane (or better yet, Meister Galene)
2x Icy Aura
3x Hot Noodles,
3x Zarazam's Eye,
1x Exordium,
1x Card that removes all permanents played by the character that kills you
1-3x Clumsiness
1x Cursed Bigblade
3x No Quarter

You mean Galene instead of Ramen?

1x Card that removes all permanents played by the character that kills you

What card is this?

Discard also works wonders against Ursend:

[card]Kriss[/card]
[card]Abyssien[/card]
[card]Psychurgist[/card]

What card is this?

1 - I forgot Ramen and Galene conflict in terms of Guilds. Forget Galene.
2 - [card]Extinction[/card] - screws Ursend to Hell and back.
3 - [card]Crown of the Border[/card] for the win.
---

I'm using exactly this, right now:

Kokrem
Ramen
Jayane

3x Hot Noodles
3x Good Jorusien
3x Zarazam's Eye
3x No Quarter
2x Icy Aura
1x Cursed Bigblade
1x Extinction
1x Exordium
1x Danger in Delay
1x Crown of the Border
1x Clumsiness

I win 90% of the time.

Or rather, when I lose, it's only because:
- No Icy Aura, no Zarazam's Eye, no Hot Noodles nor Good Jorusien for the first 2 fights.
- He somehow pulls off some nasty combo on Kokrem first fight, then plays the damn Cloak against Ramen and copies Kokrem...
