Here's what I think wouldn't be overpowered.
Guild: Mercenaries
Race: Beast - Fire Guemelite
Gender: Unknown
Class: Marauder
Spirit 3
Attack 6/9
Defense 0
Health 15
Attack +1 against Humans.
Fire Immunity.
At the beginning of each Turn, if "The Phoenix" is dead, it gains 2 Health points, otherwise, it loses 1 Health point.
Odd Turns: Damage dealt to the opposing character is also dealt to all living out of combat characters.
Even Turns: Gain Chain.

I would change the turn bonus for odd turns to damage is spread to all other living characters (not just opposing, and it's spread, which means if you did 10 damage it would do 2 damage to every other character) remember that since it's guem and maurauder, it can increase it's attack by 3-4 in one turn and also deal huge fire damage with ROD
change even turns to gain chain if you play a fire spell and only on turn 2 and 6
otherwise stats and other effects are awesome and I think this would do nicely with ciramor.
