I'm not really into shoujo art...But the card in itself looks good. I'm still a beginner so I don't really know about balance and stuff and it's hard to say if this card is op or not (at least harder than the others cards you showed who were clearly op). I think it can open up for really good thinking over deck-building to make good use of this card. In conclusion: I'm liking it (besides the art).

In retrospective, I should have made it a Mental Spell instead of a Draconic Spell only because of flavor coherence. I don't mind if you don't like the artwork although I'm very pleased with it considering that it matches the card's ability and flavor text. It gives the impression that the string around the card is forcing him to show his ace of spades. I dunno, I think it's pretty cool.

Amazing. Approximately 2 days and 6 hour record before someone made a Yu Gi Oh remark!
Get a new trick, that one is old. 
By the way, Mesca, that is a 100% Courtesan card. Just sayin'.
And I like it, not sure it's balanced but shouldn't be too off.

That's an interesting point you're making there, didn't think of that, I guess it would be a nice addition to Courtesans.

wow ***bip*** work is to high class for this game im not saying ***bip*** bad it just most of thetime the card in little more cartoony and the card it self dont look to op
