This idea will not only talk about new cards, but also a new caste. These are a lot of ideas. It will revolve around events that reveal that Lucyan is the king of Dharpaire by his long-lost older brother, Auvon, and the trials and life of his newfound kingdom. By the way, these stats are for the final levels.
Lucyan King of Dharpaire
Race: Human, Dharpian,

I'll be honest.
- All the characters you suggest are pretty straightfoward and don't bring anything new to Eredan in terms of gameplay. More stats, more bonuses.
- The action cards you suggest are somewhat overpowered without any drawback.
Your "What doesn't kill me..." and "...makes me stronger!" don't make sense with their name.
Here's something that may fit "What doesn't kill me makes me stronger":
What doesn't kill me... (Rare)
Your Health points cannot go below 1 until the beginning of your next fight.
You suffer 8 direct damage.
Chain: "...makes me stronger!"
...makes me stronger! (Uncommon)
Spirit +X, Attack +X and Defense +X where X equals the damage your character has suffered since the beginning of the game divided by 4 (rounded down).

But this would mean a deck using this to the max would need a good self-healing or damage control.
Cards like:
Unyielding Spirit (Common)
Damage taken by your character above 4 is reduced to 4.

I tried to used the Avalonians as a reference, but you're right, I guess hey are overpowered. I hope you can give me some help with these.
