[card]Draconic Sword[/card]

There should be a Lv2 version of this card that also grants Spirit to humans.

Draconic Sword (Upgrade 2)
Dragon Knight
All your Dragon Knights or Humans gain Spirit +1 (this is the change)
All your Dragon Guemelites gain Attack +1
All your Dragon Knights gain Defense +1
Activates at the end of the fight.
Activation: Heal 2 Health points.
Permanent.

This way it could be used in a WitchBlade/Dragon Knight mix with [card]Zahal[/card] and [card]The Dragon's Awakening[/card], and would give Zahal some decent Spirit.

Dragon Edge (Zahal's Sword)
Dragon Knight
Attack +1 and Defense +1.
At the start of the fight, if you play a Draconic Spell the opponent has Defense = 0.
Permanent.
Dual Wield.

Wyvern (Arkalon's Sword)
Dragon Knight
Spirit +1 and Attack +1.
At the start of the fight, if you play a Draconic Spell your attack will deal Magic damage.
Permanent.
Dual Wield.

Dragonheart
Draconic Spell
You and the opposing character have Spirit = X where X equals his own Defense.
Dragon Knight: Chain.

Seems like an odd prospect, making a Witchblade/DK deck. Then again, I made a Crow/Demon Hunter deck :\

I'm not sure if this would be very useful. Generally multi caste-decks don't really perform well. And it's only useful for the Witchblade. Fully leveled there's no DK who's human, therefore couldn't get the bonus.

Make all dragon knights also get +1 spirit, and non-dragon knights humans to be used with witchblades

An upgrade in the Draconic sword would be welcome, I just don't think it's the best idea to try to use with Witchblade, the old witchblade concept to use with Zahal is long gone, since the release of Anazra. And later on Naya.

I think a really nice upgrade for the draconic sword would be.

Activate the moment is played and heals 2 points at the end of the turn it's played.

So you would get the +1 def and damage in the turn you play it, and still get the heal at the end of the turn. It's a small buff that can make a big diference.

I think it would be neet if each Dragon Knight has a special sword. Kounok has Chimera and Valetin would have a upgrade Draconian Sword. Zahal sword looks like it would cut through Defense while Arkalon seems like it would do magic damage at the start of each turn.

Yea, goscar ideas are cool, we'd have different weapons to play different.

Draconian Sword really needs an update, as many draconic spells, they are the same since act I.

Self-contradicting post + wrong information = snide reply:

- Zahal never loses his Human race in any of the upgrades - he's Human all the way to Lv4.
- Zahal gives +1 Defense to Mages.
- Zahal has poor Spirit

I think it would open up interesting strategies and wouldn't be overpowered.

I forgot he retained being a human, and I never mentioned once Zahal's boost to Mages. I don't play DK's, so sorry I'm not a card encyclopedia.

How many cards rely on Spirit in a good DK build? Chimera, yes. Maybe The Last Action if you play it in DKs, but I've never seen it played with them. ...Than the sword? I guess, but there's better cards.

Sorry Nurvus. I'll try not to cross your obvious higher intellect and game prowess ever again. I'll make sure to go an hero tonight.

I liked the idea to have different weapons that work different, maybe something like this:

Activates immediately

Unholy Blade: Attack +1, Defense +1 and Spirit +1. Spirit +1 until the end of the fight if you play a Draconic Spell. When the fight ends, the opponent takes X magic damage, where X equals your character's spirit. Deals 1 additional magic damage if wielded by Arkalon. Activates immediately

To be honest, am I discussing whether DK/WitchBlades or multi-caste decks work well together?
I am suggesting a way so they do.
That's why this isn't a discussion about a deck idea - it's a suggestion topic.

Did you try Tsoutai/Crow? Compendium/DK? Eclipse/Temple Guardian? Tracker/Tsoutai?
Wouldn't it be cool if those concepts were more competitive? Well then suggest stuff to help it happen, as am I.

There are plenty of potential decks. And it's the suggestion forum's function to present ideas to make things in the game work better.

I think he is right. The deck would rely on getting the jewel. Even if there was a armor invocation like spell for it it would still take up space and too long to set up.

I'm not saying this would suddenly fix everything for DK/WB. Just saying it'd be cool if the Draconic Sword had a 2nd lv with a Spirit boost effect for humans.

It could be one of several key cards for a DK/WB deck.

Sure the deck would be having [card]Draconic Sword[/card]s and [card]The Dragon's Awakening[/card].

Check cards like [card]Struck By Lightning[/card] and whatnot that have their own effect and also fetch stuff.

Even [card]Blade of the Witch[/card] could get a 2nd lv with Dual Wield: "Draconic Sword" or "Chimera"., like [card]Wakizashi[/card] & The Emperor's Speech and Katana; or [card]Tsume[/card] and Wakizashi.

I also liked your idea of having eventually - probably will happen - the various Swords each Dragon Knight shows in their Art.

I do agree Zahal's blade might have something to do with Magic Attack and Arkalon do magic damage. Might be:

<Zahal's Sword>
Attack +1 and Defense +1.

<Arkalon's Sword>
Spirit +1 and Attack +1.

I vote yes for all the new swords. Would be cool to have something descent on this deck out of Chimera.
