Well, I'd think a demon worshiping guild could priests.  Priests aren't just holy, unless you look at it with just religious eyes.  Then again, if you look at it this way, and Satanism's a religion, wouldn't they have a priest too?  he just worships devils instead of a dude on a stick.

My only gripe is why put a priest in the Nehants?  It'd have made more sense if you include Theurgy's to go with it.  Right now there's no real reason to have a Nehant Priest.

Priests aren't holy. They're religious.

Theurgy refers to gods. Not necessarily holy.
Holy and Unholy are two sides of the same stream.
