The Great Devourer not working!

[card]The Great Devourer[/card] not working for me and it didn't work three months ago for this guy Malleuz also (http://forum.eredan.com/viewtopic.php?p … 36#p333036)

Screens:

a. The opposing character getting hit (3 life points remaining)

b. Discarding phase (still 3 life, should be -1)

Same for own character.

Let me see if I understand...

1 - [card]The Shadow, Lady of the Nehant[/card] has 5/8 Attack
2 - [card]Saphyra[/card] has 2 Defense
3 - You deal 9 damage

...and find nothing strange about it?
Instead of dealing 3 to 6 damage, maybe you dealt 7 to 10 (1 card = +4 dmg)

1 - [card]Saphyra[/card] has 5/7 Attack
2 - [card]The Shadow, Lady of the Nehant[/card] has 3 Defense
3 - You took 4 damage.

Instead of taking 2 to 4 damage, maybe you took 4 to 6 (3 cards = +2 dmg)

Don't you think The Great Devourer might have something to do with that?

I'm not sure but an opponent with 1 card in hand might take +4 damage from each source of damage, so if you can stack multiple sources of damage after you play that card, maybe you get surprising results
Example: [card]Corruption of the Soul[/card], [card]Vital Syphon[/card]

Yea, it tacks on that much damage to whatever inflicts damage that turn, if no damage is dealt, then it doesn't do anything.

Edit: I feel bad for that level 10
