At first glance, he seems OP, not so much in my opinion. The highest stats he can get are 6 spirit, 12/12 attack, 6 defense. But, unless you and your opponent are packing all 2+3 multiclass characters, it's very reasonable.
It isn't meant to be super-powerful, just a universal filler and wildcard.
Stick it with the shadow and Abomb and its 6 Attack, 3 Defense before your opponent's cards are tallied.
It'd be hard to kill in some cases, but, overall fair imo, like Yilith and Eternal, Self Sustaining character's that can just be stuck into anything.

It's weak.
I think it should be:
At the beginning of the game, Cain gains the following:
Spirit +1 for each Mage in play, Attack +2 for each Marauder in play and Defense +1 for each Warrior in play.
When Cain deals or suffers magical damage, Cain gains Spirit +1 until the end of the game.
When Cain deals physical damage, Cain gains Attack +1 until the end of the game.
When Cain suffers physical damage, Cain gains Defense +1 until the end of the game.
Turns 5 and 8: Gain 2 Health points for each Priest in play.

For how I play and what I'd use it for, it'd be pretty damn good though.
And imagine how small the text would be XD

Against mages 5 spirit
Against marauders 12 base
Against warriors 6 def
Against witchblades

heal 2
Against any multiclass based deck it can reap.

You're depending on min-maxing situations. Forget about it.
Any deck with multiple different classes (without multi-classing) would make that card useless.
Any other card can have stats similar or higher than that card's average, plus useful abilities.
With my suggestion, it would start whatever crappy it might be, but build its way up.

Either way I love this card it's unique and new. I do feel it needs something more to it but I don't know what.

Just saying it's okay for a card to suck... if it eventually becomes useful throughout the game.
The way Cain is suggested, he is incredibly gimmicky, only great against specific types of decks, and useless against everything else.
I only add a small thing that has no effect on the first 3 turns, little effect on the second 3, and only starts making a dent later on.

Yea, in my setup alone he'd be 3sp, 10 atk, 3 def, Heals 2(the normal self healing amount) WITHOUT the enemy setup. He'd have base stats that trump that of any class based team he may face, and, multiclass decks would get completely wiped.
Against the Classic Zil Lineup
3sp, 16 atk, 5 def, heals 2....Goddamnit that makes him a playable inferno.
Against a Noz mages Lineup
6sp, 10 atk, 3 def, heals 2...Can withstand double Dragons breath from Pilk on turn 1
Against Kot warriors lineup
3 sp, 10 Atk, 6 def, heals 2...can't get ganked by anything other than Waki+ Ken, but I'd pick asajiro first to troll.
Odd Turns Give him a temp Crown of the Border
Even turns he heals
He can Nova+ RoD for god sake -_-
So, if that isn't legendary status, you figure it out XD

Here's how I think the card would be awesome:
At the beginning of the game, and until the end of the game, Cain gains +1 Spirit for each Mage, +2 Attack for each Marauder, +1 Attack and +1 Defense for each Warrior.
Your opponent's cards cannot modify your Spirit if you play a Spell, your Attack if you play an Action, or your Defense if you play an Item.
Turns 4 and more: Cain gains 1 Health point for each Priest in play at the beginning of the game.
Here's the idea:
This way with The Shadow and Abomination, you'd have:
1 Spirit
9/11 Attack
3 Defense
12 Health
Mmm... too strong xD bah.
Forget the Warrior giving Attack.
Maybe he should have base 0/0 Attack, and Warriors give +1 Max Attack and +1 Defense.
That way he'd have 6/9 with The Shadow and Abomination.
