Re : Feedback on the Eredan Event

1 - Starting this event 1 day late means being cannon fodder to everyone else
(i.e: The odds of winning against someone who has bought so much as 3 cards are slim)
2 - The grind to obtain Tokens is ridiculous, specially due to #1 (constantly getting 20 tokens from losses)
3 - The importance of Luck in Eredan's "main" game is already too much; and so Feerik decides to create a "side" game even more about luck?
Is it an attempt to give the illusion that Eredan's "main" game isn't so luck based afterall (by comparison)? Mission failed.

Re : Feedback on the Eredan Event

I believe that this event break the structure of the game for a moment, sufficient enough to refresh air in this game!. I think that this game needs something like this for a long time!!!.

This event is creative enough to keep player's attention and spirit! smile
Many thanks for this event I enjoy it too much!

Re : Feedback on the Eredan Event

i love pokeredan.

much more balance than in the normal game.
even a starter deck has good chances.

i havnt played that much eredan the last 3 month, than in the last 3 days.^^

I hope the poker table will get us even after the event.

only the bluff trophy is clearly too expensive.
50.000c are 1000 victory, very much for 1 week.

btw:
hope they fix the "joker" bug, it doesnt count for "Street"/"straith".

Re : Feedback on the Eredan Event

The truth is, I am trying so hard to be Pro Feerik and see things their way. I also like to believe as a customer and more importantly a part of the community we get listened to. But...

Long story short, poor event as an event, excellent as yet another distraction. Feerik only excels at feeble attempts to distract people temporarily from the real problems.

Safest and simplest way I can voice my opinion.

Re : Feedback on the Eredan Event

I like the fact that they are trying to bring something new to the game but it just seems like there was no actual thought put into the project.  I want this game to be better but I can't get behind it when problems like this happen.

#1 - The cost for the items in this event are ridiculous.  A minimum of a 1,000 wins!?  Really? Just for a title?!  To get each card is another 260 wins and then another 140 wins to get the unique and then maybe if you still have a soul 100 wins per alternate artwork x 6.   Even if you bought your way there it would be over a $1,000 US.  That's just downright ridiculous for a side game.  There's some bad math there no matter how you look at it.  Not everyone (including myself) is a completionist but even for the non-paying players just trying to complete a deck and maybe snag the unique is time consuming to the point of being a obnoxious grind.

#2 - Hand Values are way off.  In a 52 card deck the list is accurate but when you pare the deck down to 20 cards, flushes are much easier to get than in a normal deck and the flush hands should have been adjusted to reflect that.

#3 - Redraw problem.  I noticed in all of my games I would redraw just used / discarded cards.  It happened often enough on both sides of the match that I started to wonder, though it could be just my experience.  Statistcally possible but still it is happening more than it should in my mind.

Bottom line is I'd love to see this game become something more and actually be fun to play again for those who pay and for those who don't.  This could have been a great event (i'm a big fan of poker myself) but in the end I came away from it more annoyed and disheartened.  It seems they have great ideas but just can't deliver.

Re : Feedback on the Eredan Event

I personally disliked the event, not a poker fan, and too much randoness involved to my taste.

But credit be given where credit is deserved. It was a free event, maybe you had to really grind your ass to get all rewards, but it was not designd to get all rewards free. The rewards were good. The only problem was the Lag/disconects.

You cant say people disliked the event cause the room was always full.

But in my opinion, the time could have been used better in solving game bugs (and posting the fixes). Besides, you guys should add a way o hiding these cards from the colection, cause everytime I want to arrange my colection by rarity, i get 4 initial pages of elements and pokeredan cards.. Its annoying.

I totally agree w/ this one. I don't want to see those cards in my collection either. I hoped after the event they will removed those cards altogether. If not a hide button or an additional/separate tab for the event cards should sufficed.

Re : Feedback on the Eredan Event

There seriously can't be more luck involved in anything ever. I feel like my odds are better in Vegas than Pokerdan. It gets ridiculously tiring to lose to quads or a full house when you're winning by 4 or 5 going into the last hand. Try harder next time guys.

Re : Feedback on the Eredan Event

I felt it was a great event and something that should come back in the future, it was a nice change I was very addicted to it. Sure I didn't win, but I got trophies, cards and I love to play poker, and more so in the way eredan made it!
