Does anyone notice......
in Abomination's Level 5 art, both hands have five fingers (Well, four and a thumb.) and his Level 6 art shows he only has 4 fingers in each hand. (Three and a thumb.)
I don't know how to post pictures to help you see this, sorry.

I am guessing level 6 has less fingers to further demonstrate the transformation Abomination has undergone from Ergue.
Less similarities to a human, means more of a monster in most tropes.

Makes sense, and Abomination is more monster than human (Big Rage and Soriek, then two Ergue's, but that's just one human.)
I think it could just be a simple mistake on the artists part. Wouldn't be the first time it happened in a game.

If you look carefully at the right hand on level 5 : Abomination already have only 4 fingers...
At level 6, the second hand is completely modified.

The right hand has 5 fingers... you can count the fingers using the nails.

Abomination is a mutant-shape shifter. And he uses different eyeliners. Big as he is, he has a soft spot
