For my tsoutai deck i am using at the moment this cards

[card]Akutsai[/card] lvl 4

[card]Fu[/card]x3
[card]Mi[/card]x3
[card]Shi [/card] x3
[card]the flawseeker's harmony[/card]x3
[card]the flawseeker's calling[/card] x2
[card]the flawseeker's meditation[/card]x3
[card]Katamaru[/card] x3

Should i use hime ? she does have a high attack but a lower spirit than akutsai so idk what do you guys think?

and should i use return to sender?

well i prefer using human akutsai than the last form because of harmony  and i dont do the fushimi formation  since doing the flaws is much faster and i use some rods too well you can use hime replace your akutsai and i use furies for discards

i got tired of this deck fast :x , are pirate marauders good with that last update for them? with the cutlass , etc . Or any other marauder deck around 100k :x

I think Cutlass is made for [card]Ardranis[/card].
Perhaps Ardranis and Gemineye are good friends with both Collision and Implosion in your deck.

Ardranis & Cutlass helps cut through low defense.
Implosion helps cut through high defense.

The third varies.

well powder is great for the attack thing but shadow protects you from discard your choice
