So I log in to play when I get that advice message. You know like "warriors can chain weapons" or more often about Zahal and his bunny. But the one that popped up made me question, why. The tool tip said that Mutli-accounts is prohibited and is a punishable offense.

Now, not questioning why someone would want to make another account, why would they get punished by it? Fighting specfic people in the game is close to impossible so that seems to rule out fighting yourself in the rooms and tournies, not to mention you'd have to pay for both of them. And the man reason card games tend to prohibit this is bar people from stockpiling cards or using the alts to get cards for them using the system. But Eredan doesn't let you trade anyway!

It's not so much why someone would be punished for a 2nd account but why someone would want to make a 2nd one that made me confused.

Well, with a second account you can give yourself Perfects very quickly.

The only issue - not much of an issue, to be honest - is getting the 2nd account to 11 so that it can always play with your main.

Plus, in the beginning, you could see the name of the player selling a card, the experience the card has and you had access to all cards being sold (huge lists)

Now it's harder to "sell" to "yourself", but I think it's still possible.

I think this became a big deal when they created the limit for cards. By using more than one account you can potentially buy all of a certain card in the market place and raise it's price so you can sell it for a lot of money.Which is, most likely, more trouble than would be worth even without it being punishable.
