This is a really straight forward suggestion. When using the search option can there be a option included to only search within a certain language?

you mean in the forum...?
While searching on the forum, you can choose In which section of the forum you wanna search.
And since they are all classified along the country....

But you can't simply pick English.
You are forced to pick English Discussion or English Suggestion, etc.
