Unlockable Collector Editions & "Collector Make"

This is a simple request.

We all know there are cards with special art, often released in specific events, like the collector Perversion (Hate seducing Pilkim), Assassination (Angelica kills Ishaia), Obesity (2 year comemoration), Supplying, etc.

[Suggestion #1]

My request is to make it so that if you have 1 Collector Edition card, you can choose to upgrade same normal cards to that Collector Edition, but cards upgraded this way become unsalable.

Example #1:
- You have 9x normal Perversion
- You have 1x Collector Edition Perversion (Hate seduces Pilkim)
- With this suggestion you can upgrade any of your normal Perversion to that Collector Edition.
- They change to Collector Edition and become untradable.
- You cannot upgrade any cards other than Perversion in this manner unless you have their Collector Edition as well.

Example #2:
- You have 2x normal Assassination
- You have 1x Collector Edition Assassination (Angelica kills Ishaia)
- With this suggestion you can upgrade any of your normal Assassinations to that Collector Edition.
- They change to Collector Edition, Lv2, cannot be used to upgrade Kararine anymore, and become untradable.

[Suggestion #2]

Create a "Collector Make" card.
This card would work like Foil, but instead of changing the frame to foil, changes the card to Collector edition (and keeps whatever frame the card had - foil, non-foil, etc).

This card would be available in the same way and rarity as the Foil Make.

[Why?]
For the obvious reason: Alot of us might want to have 3x collector assassinations or 3x normal assassinations, instead of 1x collector + 2x normal.
