New Nehantists Weapon: Ripper's Whip - Salamander
I think Ripper's weapon should be in the game, eventually.

What is there is a demonic cloud in both discard pile and deck? You should be more specific with that, but otherwise its a great card

You're complicating things.
It says "or", not "and".
It only picks one copy of Demonic Cloud, and it first checks Deck, then the Discard Pile.
If it finds a copy in the Deck, it doesn't check the Discard Pile.
Here's a card with a similar effect, but in the reverse order:
[card]Move Along in Obscurity[/card]
It only picks one copy of [card]Turned To the Shadow Side[/card], and it first checks Discard Pile, then the Deck.
If it finds a copy in the Discard Pile, it doesn't check the Deck.

How come?
No Dual Wield
Last effect only applies to Ripper and only works if Ripper doesn't have a Pet attached.
If you're thinking about Training, well if you go to the trouble of putting Training in the Deck, you should at least be able to benefit from it.

I was actually referring to the fact that you modeled this card after a specific weapon. It was more a flavor thing.

I understand, but I see it as a Black Chimera.
There can be more than one, but it is particularly awesome when used by that special someone.
