Ok so this is an idea that I had posted before, but with some changes. Instead of additions for the Archons, I've created the Great Rune, the originators of the runes, the Dragons.

Intro: The dragons usually don't get involved in the workings of the of the Legion, but due to the recent turn of events of Guem, even they must take action. They also face their own dilemma, the extinction of their race. Those among them that are still alive, are mostly spread out across the ancient and inaccessible places of Guem. So now Exphirion, who has just taken over leadership of his kind from his now deceased father, must work to bring stability to the world and his people.

So here are the 3 cards from the previous idea, but like i said with some changes.
(p.s. -all the cards are at their max stats)

Rune Dragon Exphirion
Race: Dragon
Gender: Male
Guild:Runic Legion
Class: Multi (Marauder - Warrior)
Levels: 4 (Level 2 obtained by merging Exphirion level 1 + Runic Roar, Level 4 obtained by merging level 3 with Runic Fang level 1)
Spirit: 3
Attack: 9/12
Defense: 3
HP: 16
Rarity: Legendary
Great Rune
Gain Chain if you play an weapon.
Nox: An armor from your deck is played immediately
All your Great Rune gain attack and defense +2
Turns 1, 3 and 5: All living characters gain attack +1
Flavor Text: As the Rune Dragons are on the brink of destruction, Exphirion searches for fellow survivors to rebuild his race.

Runic Fang
Guild: Runic Legion
Class: Warriors
Rarity: Uncommon
Great Rune
Item weapon-Two handed Sword
Attack +4
Cor:The opponents min attack is reduced to X, where X equals his min attack minus his spirit.
Nox: Opponent discards 2 cards.
Exphirion: Activates immediately.
Flavor Text: Exphirion, unlike most of his kind, uses swords. Then again most of his kind can't use swords anyways.

Xa Rune
Item- Jewel
Runic Legion
Rarity: Rare
Great Rune
The Cor and Nox rune requirements of your runic actions, or items that are chained to this card or attached to your character are filled.
Chain: Runic card
Flavor Text: Unlike other runes used by the Legion, the Xa is one of the four great runes, which can only be used by a true expert.

Now here are 2 more cards that I have made recently:

Runic Roar
Race: Dragon
Guild:Runic Legion
Rarity: Uncommon
Your characters gain attack and defense +1, and each opposing character has attack and defense -2.
Cor: characters gain+1 extra attack and defense.
Nox: Opposing characters lose -1 attack and defense.
Flavor Text: Yeah... it's a good thing we're on his side.

Rune Dragon Fernenga
Race: Dragon
Gender: Male
Guild:Runic Legion
Class: Warrior
Levels: 3 (Level 3 obtained by merging Fernenga level 2 + Runic Roar)
Spirit: 3
Attack: 8/11
Defense: 4
HP: 15
Rarity: Rare
Great Rune
Attack +1 against mages.
Cor: Negate opponent item cards in play
Nox: Negate opponent action cards in play
Turns 2, 3 and 5: Defense +2
Flavor Text: The Legion's lone wolf. He doesn't mind the disappearance of the Dragons. They were too noisy anyways.

I think these are really cool. I just started playing eredan and im trying to build a Runic deck, and i would definitely use these. Do you have more?

A the end of each fight the character loses X health, where X equals the difference in you and your opponents physical attack.
Flavor Text: The Erx is a bit dangerous. Even looking at it too long can drain your body.

Armor Scale
Guild: Runic Legion
Rarity: Common
Item- Armor
Great Rune
Activates after the fight. Permanent
Defense +3
Cor: Activates immediately
Flavor: The craftsmen of Tantad love it when the dragons shed a scale, the dragons think they're a bit overly obsessed.

Rune Dragon Caletus
Race: Dragon
Gender: Male
Guild:Runic Legion
Class: Warrior
Levels: 3 (Level 3 obtained by merging Caletus level 2 + Runic Roar)
Spirit: 2
Attack: 8/11
Defense: 3
HP: 14
Rarity: Uncommon
Great Rune
Gain Chain if you play a Runic roar
At the start of the fight an Erx rune is played
Turns 2, 4 and 6: Choose an opposing character it loses 2 health
Flavor Text: Banished for slaughtering his family, brought back to slaughter the enemy.

The Dragon is meant to be something unique and powerful.

How about Dragonblood, or Dragonsworn?

... or Dragonkin?

...or Dragonborn?

I agree. Instead of dragon make it Lizzard.
That said I think the theme would be more appropiate for 'immortals' .

Silver dragons (in case of Forgotten Realms) have an innate ability to take human form and live entire live among them. Same idea was in the Wither series by Andrzej Sapkowski. Guess dovahkiin counts too, but i think its a little trash idea.

I hate 90% of 4th edition and 30% of WoW, but I still enjoy what there is to enjoy.

4th edition has some cool stuff that 3.5 could benefit from (not the retarded simplifications), but most of it is trash.

Im trying to come up with either a Priest or Warrior-Priest character but I'm only drawing a blank right now. If anyone has any ideas I'd greatly accept the help.

Its been two months since Exphirion began his search for the other remaining Dragonborn. Since then he's reunited with his old friend Fernenga, and fallen in love with the beautiful yet dangerous Kurothyes. After reluctantly recruiting the outcast Caletus, there was only one Dragonborn left. But Exphirion refused to release that fiend from his prison. While discussing his next steps with his advisers, Exphirion suddenly began to feel dizzy and fell to the floor. Fernenga caught him, yelling "Exphirion"?! "Whats wrong"? But his friend might as well have been dead to the world.

Exphirion opened his eyes to a world of darkness. "Where am I"? He said.
"Here, with me". said a definitely female voice. He turned, only to be face to face with a Dragonborn child. She looked much like him, yellow and red scales, four dark blue horns on her head, which was specific to his family line, but with electric purple eyes. And he knew instantly that those eyes were of a divine being. Before he could open his mouth, she spoke.
"Yes, I do carry Divine blood, as well as Dragonborn. But that is not what we are here for. You must free him" Although his situation was confusing, Exphirion was not at a loss for words. "NO"! "He is the very reason our race is almost extinct"! The child smiled. "True, but this is the wish of my mother, the Goddess. And this time he will be a savior."
Before he could respond, he passed out again, only to wake to Fernenga shaking him." Are you alright"? his friend asked. "Yes". He replied "And I have much to tell you, but first we must free my brother". All in the room froze. "Release Xyphenex"? Said one. "But..." Exphirion look at the speaker sharply. "No, it must be done, but I do not know how".
Just then, the air shimmered and the Child appeared again, but now she was older, clearly a young adult. "Do not worry". She said calmly. "Mother sent me to assist you... Father". This revelation made him almost pass out again. "Father"? He asked.
Fernenga looked at him with a smile. "Kurothyes is going to kill you".
