What are you doing?

The opposing player has Defense = X where X equals his Defense bonus.
Chain: "I'm punching your salad!".

I'm punching your salad!

Action
You immediately perform three physical attacks that equal your Attack bonus instead of your normal Attack.

By bonus I mean the Printed values don't count.

So if opponent has 3 Printed Defense +2 bonus Defense; and you have 7/10 Printed Attack +5 bonus attack, you perform 3 attacks that equal 5 against the opponent's 2 defense = 3+3+3=9 damage.

instant kill nomads, but it's hard to get 5 bonus damage, when you play no +attack cards that round

maybe the pack can abuse with that combo

if you play only i'm punching your salad what happens?

If it requires requires alot of setup/build-up, it can't be abused.
The Pack requires a good deal of cards played before it reaches a very high Attack.
So forget anything noteworthy in turns 1, 2 or 3.
In turns 4, 5 or 6 it's perfectly okay for it to be a strong combo.

what attack count? low attack, high attack, the highest or the lowest?

Neither.
It's only your BONUS ATTACK that counts.

The ultimate combo I can think of would probably be Armada+ Captain/Admiral + Flammara versus Nomads.
However...
You'd have to avoid getting "I'm punching your salad!" [card]Obesity[/card]'d or [card]Dazzle[/card]'d

That is very unlikely because most Nomad decks have at least one of those cards, and any opponent with a brain would expect Armada to play that.

How do elfines go crazy? Please explain.
"I'm punching your salad!" uses your Attack bonus, usually Elfines don't focus around attack bonus. They even lower their attack with Hypnotic Melody.

"What are you doing?" would be useful after [card]Hypnotic Melody[/card] for opponents with 3 or less Defense bonus.

[card]Hypnotic Melody[/card] + [card]Piercing Arrows[/card] has the same effect against opponents with 3 or less Printed Defense
However, Piercing Arrows has use for a bigger variety of situations.

A deck with no bonus defense will likely be destroyed by Elfine just because of [card]Elfine Intimidation[/card].

Is I'm punching your salad in addition to or instead of your normal attack? And what if your att bonuses aren't the same? Like Souchi turn 1: Stink Bomb + I'm punching your salad. (RND=0to4)x3+(RND=8to16)=(RND=8to28) turn 1 if it works like I think.

Good question. Didn't quite think of that.
Probably instead of normal attack.
